Tottinos Pizza has been our family’s go-to for years and they just never miss. It’s one of those rare long-time family-owned spots that still feels exactly like it did when we first started going. Amazing food, genuinely friendly people, and prices that don’t make you wince.
We always start with the fresh garlic bread. Hot, buttery, loaded with real garlic… it’s basically mandatory at this point. Our classic favorite is the sausage and pepperoni. Crispy crust, generous toppings, every single slice hits. But the white pizza? That’s the one that keeps us coming back. Rich cheeses, garlic, that perfect crisp crust. Honestly one of the best we’ve ever had.
Even though it’s takeout only, the whole experience feels special. The staff is always so nice, the food comes out fast, and everything is fresh and ready right when they say. You can tell they actually care about every order that goes out.
What we love most is how consistent they are. Family dinner, birthday, random busy weeknight, it doesn’t matter. We always know we’re getting great food, quick service, and solid value. Supporting a local family business like this just makes it even better.
If you’re looking for really good pizza that won’t break the bank, Tottinos is an easy five stars. Get the garlic bread, try the sausage and pepperoni, and please don’t leave without ordering the white pizza. We recommend them to everyone and we’ll be customers for a long time.“

“I always come in to pick up a DoorDash orders for my Customers. They are fast, efficient. Smells great. I have Tried their pizza with white sauce, it’s a must try. They are open late every day. Easy access to the 405 freeway. Near LAX AirPort. Highly Recommend stopping by. Menu has many different variety.“

“Angelini Osteria totally lived up to the hype! We had a great dinner there that night and I can't wait to go back again soon. Let's start with the star of this show: uni pasta. Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. The layers were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of rich, savory flavors. Let's not forget dessert! We shared a few different things and they were all great. The tiramisu was fluffy and decadent and the chocolate mousse was rich and smooth. Overall, Angelini Osteria is definitely a must-try for Italian food lovers in Los Angeles. The food is incredible, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes on the menu!“

“I’ve been to Felix multiple times over the years, and in general, I think it’s a fantastic restaurant with consistently high-quality food. That’s why this review is disappointing to write.

The last two pasta dishes I’ve ordered have been underwhelming. My previous visit, the carbonara fell short, and this time the cacio e pepe was even more disappointing.

The cacio e pepe was overwhelmingly peppery, lacked the rich, creamy Pecorino Romano flavor that defines the dish, and tasted like it had little to no cheese. It was nothing like a proper cacio e pepe should be. I had just returned from Italy a few weeks ago, where I ate authentic cacio e pepe at small local trattorias, so I know exactly how beautifully simple and balanced this dish can be. Unfortunately, Felix’s version completely missed the mark. Considering the restaurant’s reputation and premium prices, I expected much more.

To make matters worse, the service at the bar was disappointing. Not once during the meal did anyone ask how the food was or whether everything was okay. A simple check-in could have given us the opportunity to share our concerns while we were there.

I genuinely hope the team takes this feedback constructively because Felix is still a great restaurant overall, and I’ve had many excellent meals here. That’s exactly why these last two visits have been so surprising. I hope they address these issues and bring the pasta back to the standard that made Felix such a standout in the first place.“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

“The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“Fantastic roman style pizza. My new favorite style. Crispy on the bottom and ends, and a great flavor to the crust. Not to thick so it doesnt overload you with bread and the roman pinsa style of fermentation makes it eaiser to digest too! Great creative use of quality toppings and combinations different from many places. Excellent salads and of course nice wines that they can steer you to what may be to. your liking. Chartruitere board for 4 needed more than one type of cheese and would have benefited from one other meat besides mortadella and prosciutto. However all the ingredients were top notch. Inside is quite noisy and the outside patio is nice with it ringed by large plants so you dont see the street. Plus 3rd street here has almost no traffic. Music was a bit loud on the patio to compete with talking but not terrible. Service was very friendly but food came out on the slow side. Restaurant was packed on a saturday night at 6:15 so that may be why as the kitchen is small. But like in Rome, you shouldnt be in a rush when you eat. It's the Italian way. Not a huge menu but many items sounded really good so will need to try again. The tiramisu was great but diffferent. Served in a goblet with the cookies dusted on top it was like more of a pudding with the lady fingers. Other normal versions have more of the cake in layers than this but it was quite good. The pistachio ice cream was also really good too. But really this is one of the best pinsa style pizzas I have had, I have eaten them at many places! So if you come here you need to get the pizza!“

“Very underwhelming experience and not worth the hype. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the Japanese pizza, which came burnt on the bottom, with very little cheese and unappealing arugula (even when we requested extra parmesan, they brought a minuscule portion). The warm olives were unpleasantly bitter, and the spaghetti was completely average. To make matters worse, the venue was overwhelmingly loud, and the crowded middle tables leave zero privacy, making it feel like everyone is seated together. Definitely not returning“

“What a discovery!!! Trattoria Daly is great! In fact it's a real "find" in Lincoln Heights-- just east of downtown but totally convenient. So nice to be in a non-corporate friendly setting in a restaurant run by great people who care about their customers and are proud of what they offer. This neighborhood gem will attract foodies and friends and harkens the beginning of a mini-restaurant row near downtown, Keck Hospital, Dodger Stadium, among other neighborhoods in various directions. The owners were for many years part of the team at Pacific Dining Car-- these guys are well acquainted with high end service and food. What they've established in the past six months, is a friendly local spot with top quality food and service-- for unbelievably reasonable prices. The bill of fare is Italian-- excellent starters, super pastas, and entree's like rib-eye steak, salmon. You can also do a simple pizza night-- or make it a special occasion. I've spent a LOT of time in Italy, and I'm picky about Italian food. This is an excellent kitchen! The general atmosphere is like a "discovery" of that little off the beaten track gem. But word must have gotten out-- when we dined there on a Sunday night, the place was hopping! The visible to the house skilled kitchen was keeping up with the crowd of happy diners. Two decades of Pacific Dining Car (which didn't survive covid) made these guys the pros they are. You shouldn't have to "sell a kidney" to eat well-- and this place is proof. They are in process and waiting for their liquor license -- but you can bring your own vino-- (or pick up something at the Smart & Final down the street.) It's great to see professionals who are really good guys stir up the right ingredients-- warmth, welcome, excellent food, and outstanding service, and ample evidence that the American dream is still alive. “This is authentic down to the sexy owner Francesco with the beautiful accent. He made the heck out of my cappuccino with a hint of house made vanilla and cinnamon. He deftly stirred and measured all the while answering my questions just so I could hear him speak.
I also got the fritatta with zucchini and other delicious veggies. O.g! Do, savory and fluffy. They have so many items on the menu from pastas to decadent desserts and they even have imported Italian sparkling water and still. If you wanna feel transported to a country and romanticize what your taste buds are experiencing, this is the place for you. There is some seating outside and you can people watch but the star of all of this is incredible food just the way his beloved Grandmother made.“
