The food was good but the restaurant was very quiet (Easter Sunday dinner). As a result, service was a bit lax (non-attentive). I indicated when making the reservation that our group of 6 would be celebrating a birthday. There was no acknowledgement of it, which we found disappointing as we had celebrated a birthday there before. We'll go back, but this meal was not as memorable as we had hoped.“

“Super!! Had fantastic dining experience at this lovely Italian in West Hollywood. Roast risotto, baby beetroot with goat cheese for starters. Both excellent. Mains of Mushroom Pinsa (with great wild mushrooms) and lasagne. Dessert was tiramisu- totally top. Good wine list. Nice to see the Nebbiolo grape well represented. The people working here are so nice. I’m sure the management know how lucky they are to have such fine staff! In summary, I totally recommend this fine establishment. “Pretty awesome and amazing entrance setup in their cafe when it comes to those delectable patisserie section.We got in a bit before our reservation time and were seated ( get a reservation before hopping in there) right away. Jessica was our host and walked us through the options and answered our questions around the popular options, patisserie section etc and we placed our order. We got the Tartufo Pizza ( it looks big but is good for 2-3 hungry folks) along with the Louie salad ( pretty amazing) and a couple of coffees. The pizza was delicious and is a very unique concept with a floating egg yolk spread carefully on the top. The salad was great as well and added as just the perfect side to the pizza.Once done with our main course, we were ready for the desert and ordered a Chocolate and Hazelnut Beignet along with an Almond, Psitachio, Cherry cake ( you would want to witness its presentation for a while before you devour it ).All in all a great experience though when paying the bill I was rushed a bit into signing the EMV chip reader machine and the tips there start from 25% at a default ( so take your time and pay unless you intend to pay 25% in tips) on top of which there is also a surcharge fees of 5% that is already charged to the bill.PS: Shoutout to Bailey as well who was helping us on our table alongside Jessica as well and catered to our requests so very well.Cheers!!!“

The portions were large and plentiful, so much so that we were super full and still had leftovers to take home. My favorite dish was the kale salad, which was surprisingly flavorful. The pizzas were also great!I contacted OSPI ahead of time to make a large party reservation, opting for the lunch time prix fixe menu. The whole process was super smooth, and they were very helpful in helping me choose appropriate dishes based on the dietary restrictions of our group (we had vegetarians and gluten free people, both of whom were accomodated).My only critique is that the food took quite a while to come out at the start. I expected it to be out sooner since we had a reservation and had ordered a fixed menu, but after being seated, we still had to wait a decent amount, so we were quite hungry. But the best part of the meal was the tiramisu, not your typical tiramisu but the chocolate record decoration made the whole evening. Even though we were early, we still did have to wait almost 15min beyond our rez to be seated but, we were delighted when they offered to bring us an appetizer because they were sorry we had to wait so long. “The restaurant is located on the second floor of Nerano in Beverly Hills (you have to take an elevator up to the second floor through Nerano). This gives the spot kind of a fun speakeasy feel to it. When you get out of the elevator, you walk into a beautifully designed / decorated, cozy, albeit slightly quirky space. It's not large (I think the capacity is 34). Came here for a food event, which I did a review for separately, but this experience in particular was grabbing a drink at the bar. (I did think the food was delicious though and urge folks to come here and give this place a try. I know I want to come back and try more menu items.) The bar is beautifully designed and organized. I found myself perusing and mentally cataloguing the whiskeys as I always do when I go to new restaurants. But this place looked like a place that has fun cocktails. So I ordered The George Michael. The drinks here are really interactive, and the bartenders are super enthusiastic to the point that it's infectious. My drink in particular had some bowls that floated up and you had to catch it with a paddle. Flavor wise it was like espresso martini with a peanut butter twist to it. All in all this place is a great place to grab drinks and/or food. Lots of fun. There's a lot of street parking nearby, but it could get challenging especially during the weekends. I came in the middle of the week and was able to find parking about a block away.“

“We thoroughly enjoyed our food and service. Our party of 6 was well taken care of, though reservations for an early dinner were necessary. Only reason “atmosphere” is 4/5 is because the ceiling was leaking water after the morning rain and we had to switch tables. This is not an issue you are likely to encounter. I will absolutely be coming back on special occasions. At the time of writing this review, entrées ranged from $35-$90 and the quality makes up for it. The plates are well portioned, though smaller than Americana; I prefer it this way. The staff were polite and thorough. The wine/drink menu was comprehensive. For hors d’oeuvres, we ordered the garlic bread (amazing sauces!), Fritto misto, burrata, and winter beets. They were all superbe. I highly recommend the garlic bread and burrata. I was able to snap pictures of 3 of our Entrées: Black linguine with lobster, squash agnolotti, and scallops. Oh, the affogato dessert had great presentation (see ice block picture). Overall, 5/5. I recommend a visit if you can afford the occasion. Valet parking was $18 with “validation”.“
