“The Le Cirque pop up was fantastic. The Chateaubriand was perfect and the mushrooms stuffed with short ribs were fantastic. I also loved the crisp pommes soufflé, like eating a hollow potato chips but much better. The service was professional and just the right amount of attentive. Los Angeles has many fine restaurants but only a very few with the Panache of Le Cirque and Ella carried it off beautifully. Only missed the art and exquisite decor of the original restaurants.“

“Tuvimos el placer de descubrir Gucci Osteria Massimo Bottura y, ¡wooow!, qué lugar tan asombroso. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos cautivó la combinación de sabores extraordinarios que ofrece este restaurante. Cada platillo, desde la ensalada de mariscos hasta la pasta fría y los tortellinis, fue un deleite para nuestros sentidos.“

“There’s nothing more delightful than having our favorite Italian restaurant in NYC open a spot in Beverly Hills! Just a little over two weeks old, the restaurant dining room was already bustling at 5:15 p.m. on a Saturday. I’m guessing a weekend dinner reservation might be hard to come by when more and more people discover this gem. Thankfully, I just saw (on their website) that they’re now open for lunch daily.
On to the food.
As much as we love their superb pasta dishes, such as the Casarecce (full of lump crab meat, with a spicy kick from the calabrian chile), the dishes you should definitely try are the starters and appetizers. The Ricci, in particular, presents such a wonderful combination of flavors, especially when the thin, translucent film of lardo starts to melt when you bite into the sea urchin. The Polipo is also a must-try, with superbly tender octopus paired with morsels of potato that were smoked before being deep-fried. And if you think after all this, you don’t have room for dessert, reach deep and find that dessert stomach, because there is something you won’t want to miss — the Tiramisu. Beautifully molded like a giant espresso bean, It is almost like ice cream inside a chocolate shell. Really smooth and delicate, without the cake-like texture of the lady fingers.
And finally, I just have to say something about the service. It was impeccable. The staff were very professional yet approachable. Our server enjoyed talking about the food as much as we enjoyed eating it! Plus, the main dining area (where we were seated) was just lovely: think warm lighting in an open, convivial space. Try to snag booth seating if you can, so you can watch the crowd!“

“Ok so the food was actually delicious here! Was completely blown away by that as I didn’t know what to expect, but it was actually Michelin level nostalgic flavours. The service was very kind and attentive, and the decor has that cute old school Hollywood glam charm too. That said, some of the tables are quite cramped and you feel like you’re sitting with strangers. It is an old awkward building, but if they could make just a few tweaks to the setup and think about the customer experience at each table I think they it would really just take them to the next level of 5 star dining.“

“We dined here with a large group for our pre funk to our CA Winemasters event with close friends and it was a magical experience. The staff was top notch, all dishes were fantastic and the wine pairings were exquisite. The simply delicious deserts were just lovely to top off the whole experience. Thank you for a memorable night with our close friends. Truly unforgettable ?“

“A wonderful dinner last night ! We loved our server and the good is just as good as it’s always been these last 20+ years“
“Have now had 4-5 dinners at Tommy's and can't rave enough about it. The first one was great, and each time it just keeps getting better. Last Saturday the menu featured a few new options including a new pasta. It was called carbonara but forget thinking heavy creme. This was black squid ink version, not heavy, but simply the tastiest pasta I have ever had in my life. Mind blowing. There were four of us and we all loved everything we ordered. Plus the live music, which has been in the foyer, came into the dining room as the evening progressed. They were fantastic and there were 10-12 people dancing. Beverly Hills/Westside has desperately needed a new restaurant like Tommy's: phenomenal food, great vibe, beautiful room and great service. Plus Tommy himself is a great host to make sure everybody is having a great time. If you haven't been, you need to go. And no, I don't work there, not an investor, and have no connection to it other than just a customer who loves it.“

“Cipriani Beverly Hills brings classic Italian elegance to the heart of Los Angeles, offering a sophisticated dining experience with its iconic Venetian-inspired dishes and sleek, upscale decor. The menu features Cipriani favorites like the signature carpaccio and delicate baked tagliolini, made with high-quality ingredients that highlight the essence of Italian cuisine. The restaurant exudes a refined ambiance, with white tablecloths and a well-curated wine selection, making it perfect for both special occasions and upscale gatherings. Service is attentive, though the lively atmosphere can be a bit noisy during peak hours. It’s a go-to spot for anyone seeking a taste of Cipriani’s renowned hospitality in a glamorous West Coast setting.“

“Their famous chopped salad never disappoints. The full size is very large, glad I shared. The chicken parmigiana was a bit tough but so tasty. Our waiter was funny and attentive. The bread bowl , I'd probably give it a miss, dry toasted french bread, not inspiring.
The biggest downer was the state of the washrooms, please clean them.
Parking: Beverly Hills public lot across the way, but it is a schlep.“

“We accidentally stumbled upon this coffee shop in Beverly Hills while on vacation. Good lattes & homemade apricot cookies. What really made this memorable was the owner's little dog, Biscuit, and the friendliness of Carla's regular customers. Will definitely be back for some lasagna next time. ❤️❤️“

"Refreshing Italian...our family restaurant full of memories"
The most popular restaurant style in the U.S. is obviously American Style, and the next most popular restaurant style is probably Italian. There are so many Italian restaurants in the U.S. Il Fonaio Cucina Italiana here is also an American-based Italian restaurant (of course, Wiki says it started out as a small Italian restaurant...). It is a large franchise with mainly chain stores in the California region and currently has about 20 branches.
This house has a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
The reason I like Il Fonaio is because of the bright and open interior with good lighting. The bright, wooden interior with white as the base in all locations gives a sense of comfort and warmth.
It's been over 10 years since I started working with Il Fonaio. Although it has a classic interior, it is not heavy and refreshing. The food also resembles the interior. It is not heavy, but has a light and refreshing feel, so you can always find it like your home without feeling burdened. Another advantage of this restaurant is that they use seafood well, and the photos come out beautifully.
It's a perfect place for a finishing lunch with my wife.“

“The manager / cook here floored us! He's a talented chef & baker, and makes each part of each dish by hand. I cant wait to eat here again. Best pasta I've had from a restaurant! The menu is vegan friendly, I.E. meatballs are an addon. Also offers wonderful desserts. If you want pasta in Beverly Hills, this should be your destination!“

“Piccolo is a wonderful little place in Beverly Hills. It has been around awhile and is just adorable. It has this lovely red awing at the entrance. The place is kept super clean. The service is so friendly and warm. They know the menu and wine list well and may suggest something you have never had. You will love them. It can get crowded so make a reservation. They also do delivery and take away. We have been several times and I have forgotten to review.
The seating is so comfortable and I love white tablecloths with a wee candle.
Try their Cappelletti in Brodo, which has prosciutto stuffed tortellini, and parmesan on chicken broth. Their Melanzane Alla Parmigiana is amazing. It is
baked eggplant filled with ricotta, tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese. Every bite is great. We also love their Zuppetta di Cozze e Vongole. This is my grandson's favorite. It comes with steamed mussels and clams in a light spicy tomato sauce.
They have so many handmade pastas you will have to come back again and again. Among others they have capellini, rigatoni, gnocchi, fettuccine, penne, fusilli, spaghetti, linguine, and tagliatelle and all of them are made by hand. The sauce you can pick is endless from Aglio e Olio to Polpettine.
For your mains their Milanese di Vitello which is a breaded and pounded rack of veal, arugula, and chopped tomato is a favorite as well as their Filetto al Pepe Verde cooked to perfection and always as ordered. It is the best filet mignon all with a green pepper corn sauce, spinach and roasted potato.
You must have their lemon meringue pie if you did no eat too much pasta. If you want they can make it to go.
Have the best time.“

“Been there many many times. Sadly, on yesterday's visit with friends, both services as food were mediocre at best. We were four - and while the waiter took the order for my wife's Aperol Spritz he did, for whatever reason, no drink order from the rest of us. Then, my friend's entree came before her starter. His response was rather meh. I had the grilled Octopus, and the arugula was ... not eatable. As I said, we have been there many many times, and this was their weakest performance, I am afraid. Other than that, I can recommend the place. Make sure you check out their Happy Hour menu - good all Sunday :-)“

“Really great service, way ahead of most LA restaurants. Food is delicious, staff is very attentive and well organized. There is always a “but”. Hostess are typical LA style “we are too important and fancy” girls making the very beginning of the evening pretty unpleasant. The rest of the night is 100% worth the time.“
