“We went to this place basis a recommendation. There was nobody at the desk so it took us at least five minutes to get seated. We ordered eggplant Parmesan and it turned out to be exceptional and the quantity was generous. Additionally, we were also contemplating a tiramisu but were too full to try it out, but our server, Tatiana, got us a small portion of the tiramisu for us to try, and that was really sweet of her Tiramisu was also a solid 8.5 and not too sweet“

“Maria is a fancy looking place. But don't let that intimidate you. Especially for lunch. The fix manu is very reasonable. One antipasto, on main course, and a dessert. The portion is slightly smaller than individual dish. But I think it is plenty.

The food -as others have reviewed are excellent. We got salad, and the grilled octopus. They are excellent.“

The entire staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure my husband was enjoying his birthday celebration. It was our first stay at the Maybourne. “Have now had 4-5 dinners at Tommy's and can't rave enough about it. The first one was great, and each time it just keeps getting better. Last Saturday the menu featured a few new options including a new pasta. It was called carbonara but forget thinking heavy creme. This was black squid ink version, not heavy, but simply the tastiest pasta I have ever had in my life. Mind blowing. There were four of us and we all loved everything we ordered. Plus the live music, which has been in the foyer, came into the dining room as the evening progressed. They were fantastic and there were 10-12 people dancing. Beverly Hills/Westside has desperately needed a new restaurant like Tommy's: phenomenal food, great vibe, beautiful room and great service. Plus Tommy himself is a great host to make sure everybody is having a great time. If you haven't been, you need to go. And no, I don't work there, not an investor, and have no connection to it other than just a customer who loves it.“

It makes for an excellent casual lunch, or a fancy night out. The food was amazing and our server helped narrow our cravings down to the spicy fusili and chicken wings. “The Le Cirque pop up was fantastic. The Chateaubriand was perfect and the mushrooms stuffed with short ribs were fantastic. I also loved the crisp pommes soufflé, like eating a hollow potato chips but much better. The service was professional and just the right amount of attentive. Los Angeles has many fine restaurants but only a very few with the Panache of Le Cirque and Ella carried it off beautifully. Only missed the art and exquisite decor of the original restaurants.“

“Kind of a very stuffy place old school with waiters that are very let’s just say sort of stuck up or very macho or try to be very macho. The food was good, but Giorgio Baldi is way better their sister restaurant in Santa Monica. there’s nothing I could say was extraordinary about the food here and the prices are way too high to warrant what they’re offering and the type of service and food that you get. If I wanted to go to another Italian restaurant I would go Madeo now that place is great!!“

“Been there many many times. Sadly, on yesterday's visit with friends, both services as food were mediocre at best. We were four - and while the waiter took the order for my wife's Aperol Spritz he did, for whatever reason, no drink order from the rest of us. Then, my friend's entree came before her starter. His response was rather meh. I had the grilled Octopus, and the arugula was ... not eatable. As I said, we have been there many many times, and this was their weakest performance, I am afraid. Other than that, I can recommend the place. Make sure you check out their Happy Hour menu - good all Sunday :-)“

“The service was really bad. it took about 15-20 minutes before we waved someone down to take our order/check in with us. We had to ask to have them refill our water. The restaurant wasn't busy so there was no real reason to wait that long.“
