“Wonderful, amazing, great. More than 5 stars. Everything is beyond amazing in Monsieur Dior restaurant. I went there for my mom’s birthday and we sat outside. The costumer service was more than great. It feels like we were in a Dior garden in France. It was just like a dream. They had the most delicious butter and it came from Normandy France. My main course was steak and it was delicious, then they brought dessert and candle for my mom’s birthday. Dessert was super delicious. Everything was magical. I’m so happy they opened this beautiful restaurant in Beverly Hills. I love it I can’t wait to go there again. Thank you for everything.“

“Just got back from dinner at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills tonight and had to jump on here to leave a review while it’s all still fresh. Honestly, it was such a lovely evening! We sat outside with the pretty garden around us and that soft evening light it felt fancy but super warm and welcoming at the same time. Total classic Beverly Hills vibes done right.

The food was fantastic. We started with their hummus plate and wow it was so colorful and fresh with all those beautiful veggies, herbs, chickpeas, and creamy feta on top. Everything tasted bright and delicious. Then for my main I had the chicken parmesan, and it was everything you want it to be: nice crispy coating, gooey cheese, and served with perfectly cooked spaghetti in a bright, tasty tomato sauce. Total comfort food win.

I also got the blended chia latte and it was so good creamy, refreshing, with that pretty foam on top. And oh my gosh, the dessert! This adorable little chocolate cake in a mug with “Polo Lounge” written right on the glossy top, plus a pitcher of warm cream and a big swirl of whipped cream on the side. It was pure heaven. One of the best desserts I’ve had in forever.

The service was genuinely friendly and attentive without being over-the-top. They really made us feel taken care of.

“Have now had 4-5 dinners at Tommy's and can't rave enough about it. The first one was great, and each time it just keeps getting better. Last Saturday the menu featured a few new options including a new pasta. It was called carbonara but forget thinking heavy creme. This was black squid ink version, not heavy, but simply the tastiest pasta I have ever had in my life. Mind blowing. There were four of us and we all loved everything we ordered. Plus the live music, which has been in the foyer, came into the dining room as the evening progressed. They were fantastic and there were 10-12 people dancing. Beverly Hills/Westside has desperately needed a new restaurant like Tommy's: phenomenal food, great vibe, beautiful room and great service. Plus Tommy himself is a great host to make sure everybody is having a great time. If you haven't been, you need to go. And no, I don't work there, not an investor, and have no connection to it other than just a customer who loves it.“

Although I don’t drink, they make beautiful cocktails that everyone seems to enjoy. The waiter was excellent—very friendly and accommodating. Even though it wasn't on the menu, they were able to make me a decaf latte, which I really appreciated.

The cookie skillet was good, but it wasn't quite memorable enough for me to feel it justified the price. That said, part of what you're paying for is the experience of dining in such a historic hotel, so perhaps that's to be expected.

“I ​ regularly stay at the Beverly Hilton, but my latest visit to Circa 55 was disappointing due to one specific server. She was hurried, made unprofessional remarks, and was unwilling to help with a simple request for a to-go bag.
​The rest of the team was wonderful and eventually helped us out, proving that the Hilton brand's high standards are still alive—just not with this individual. The food was excellent as always, but the service from this particular server was a 1/10. Management should look into this to ensure it doesn't tarnish their overall CSAT.“
