“As crazy as our Birthday party was, in the bar, our server, Jose, was awesome. There were 2 or 3 other large gatherings at the Marriott hotel, where Singer is, adjacent to the lobby. However, we felt completely cared for. I ordered the classic burger...I am a burger aficionado... It was awesome! I could say that I am ashamed of all the parmesan fries I ate, but nope, not sorry. They were awesome, as well. I don't know if it's a good or bad reality that this place is only a couple miles from my home because...Oh who am I kidding? I would return to this place of great service, atmosphere, fun and food, no matter the distance. Great job Marriott hotel and Sinder restaurant. We will return...often!“

Hidden behind Scopa, the bar features an incredible lineup of high-end spirits: single cask Springbanks, rare Willetts, unique Balvenies, and other bottles you’ll probably never see again.
