“Had a solid experience here. I ordered the filet mignon plate with spinach dip and wings for appetizers for my wife and myself. The service was top-notch. Our waiter was on top of everything and really cool. The atmosphere while busy was not that loud, which surprised me.Highly recommended“
“This place is great to just chill and listen to live music. This was my first time there and I love the atmosphere and the DJ that spins after and before the band plays is the business. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there is only a bar, no food, no nuts on the table nothing just straight drinks. You can't even sneak food in. Oh and there is a $10 cover charge.“
“We stopped here for a bathroom break at 11:30 am. Place looks real nice inside and out. We decided to have a beer and ordered the shrimp tacos. Amazing. The deer taste was exceptional. Bartender was excellent. Did not get his name but said he lives in Silver Lake This is a great place with the ultra large screen with sports on it and the great grub“
“Sports bar vibes. They hold the famous turtle races every Thursday and Saturday. During the races there is a ton of shouting and cheering for which turtle you places your "bet" on. Arrive early and grab a seat or spot around the race circle and get ready to cheer for your favorite turtle. They have a ton of beer. But as a person who doesn't drink alcohol it is still a fun environment and they have sodas and redbulls. On other days they have trivia nights and pool tables and corn hole. It's a great spot for big groups. The food there is also surprisingly great. It's all bar food but at least it is good bar.“
“Staying at the hotel with my family from Florida. The hotel is awesome. We love marina del Rey and California of course!! We ate at barbianca last night for dinner. There were 10 of us and they had no problem accommodating us. The reason I'm not giving them a 5 star review is because the food was a little misleading, the pictures that we saw and the menu online didn't match what came out to the table at all. It was good but, they should update that stuff.“
“First time visit to the Marina grill & bar, came down for a preseason game for my birthday and Sunday morning stopped in for breakfast. We ordered the breakfast deviled eggs, and the bacon and eggs scramble, both were absolutely fantastic. The Mimosa flight for $45 was absolutely worth every cent we strongly considered a second one if we didn't have to drive back to Fresno ?. We will be back often during football season and we will make this a breakfast stop for sure in the future!“
“Awesome place in a beautiful location. Yes it's pricey, but the location kind of tips that off. A great place to get a delicious steaming bowl of shrimp in spicy broth, with a big plate of fresh bread to dip in it. This is the kind of dish you get a craving for every once in a while, and is the only place I know of to get it. Oh yeah...the Wedge salad was delicious too. Rode the Motorcycle over the San Pedro bridges, then up to Clutters Park in El Segundo to watch the Jets taking off and landing at LAX, then on to Marina del Rey to dine at Killer Shrimp. Wife had the bowl of shrimp, delicious as usual and I had the roasted Halibut with roasted vegetables which was also fantastic. Satisfied as usual! Made for a great day and a great ride topped off with a great dinner.“
“El Torito in Marina del Rey is the place to be, if great Mexican food, while enjoying beautiful views of the marinas main channel, people watching, sailboat loving, and spotting marine life are all of interest, topped off with excellent service & friendly staff, then this is a nice place to take it all in. Vinny & Beatrice are Top Notch servers, who make an already nice experience, that much nicer.“

“J Nichols is an absolutely amazing restaurant in Marina Del Rey. Must try them when in MDR. Busy on weekends and no resy for breakfast/brunch, but definitely recommend adding yourself to the waiting list online/through Yelp. Dinner time reservations are available. Ample feee parking in the shopping center. Amazing staff. From the host/ess, servers, management, and cooks, all friendly and do a fantastic job. Furthermore, given how long the staff continue to work there and how happy they seem, they must be managing it well. Breakfast on weekends is our prime time to go. Boursin mushroom omelette is amazing. Try it with the greens on the side (they do an excellent balsamic dressing) and the freshly made English muffins. They brew Caffe Luxe coffee and it's always excellent. They also have espresso bar beverages as well. Dinner time is a whole other vibe. Quieter and dim lighting with more intimate ambiance. Dinner food is excellent. Decent beer and wine menu. Definitely proud to have them in our community!“
