Spago was a disappointment. We were told it was a training day so our food didn't arrive on time. They forgot my salad. They would serve the men before women. The soufflé chef couldn't make the soufflé . IT was just a horrible experience. The food was good as usual. Our waitress was lovely and she tried but I didn't know it was the training day or why the chef couldn't make the soufflé. There was one excuse after another. very disappointing.
The kitchen was extremely slow. I was a party of one and spent three hours at the restaurant. The kitchen brought out my appetizers and entrees about 30+ minutes apart from one another despite the fact that the server submitted my entire order all at once.

Ein wirklich rundum gelungener Abend! Wir haben unseren Jahrestag gefeiert und das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben, uns einen besonderen Abend zu bescheren. Wir hatten einen Platz auf der wunderschönen Terrasse, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und das Essen hervorragend. Besonders lecker: der Cheesecake! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
