I walked into Property Bar because Frolic was closed. And I found a gem in the middle of Hollywood. As a visitor, I hit the jackpot. Property has a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The Welshman (embarrassingly, I can't recall his name) is a real bar man. He welcomed me. We talked about raising kids and life. This place is a local bar with local patrons and local staff. If you can get here when it's quiet, ask the bartenders to make you a drink of their own creation. They are SO TALENTED and know their flavors!! Truly delicious, special drinks. Other pro tip: Halloween here is off the charts. Even in early October when I came here, people were dressed in full costume, the bar was decorated to the tens, and they had a full halloween menu with spooky themed drinks. Absolutely phenomenal.
