I walk in, no one makes eye contact, and I soon see why. There's a sign telling customers to use the touchscreen kiosk to order. I carefully select a dozen donuts, pepsis, and pay. Then, the receipt prints out and the nice lady behind the counter starts trying to match up the donuts I selected with the half-full trays in the display. I had a big order sent out one morning and unfortunately they mixed up and forgot one thing. Immediately upon calling, the gentleman on the phone handled it and was so kind and gracious. When I went to pick up left item it was already labeled and ready to go. Absolutely fantastic customer service. On the phone I heard "Sean" or "John" as his name but it was so loud so I'm hoping this gets seen by the right person to give that gentleman the recognition he deserves. En tant que français, nous avons voulu goûter l’enseigne ultra connue dans le monde pour les donuts. Verdict : les donuts étaient excellents ☺️, la serveuse très gentille a fait au plus vite vu le monde dans la boutique. Par contre, on sens vraiment que ce sont des restaurants surtout fait pour du « à en porter» vu ke nombre de place restreint.
