En tant que français, nous avons voulu goûter l’enseigne ultra connue dans le monde pour les donuts. Verdict : les donuts étaient excellents ☺️, la serveuse très gentille a fait au plus vite vu le monde dans la boutique. Par contre, on sens vraiment que ce sont des restaurants surtout fait pour du « à en porter» vu ke nombre de place restreint.

Completely horrible, I had to get a refund and leave dahhhling. I’m sitting down trying to have a safe calm relaxing cup of coffee n avocado toast hunny and I hear an employees literally cussing out a customer TF. So I canceled the rest of my Pt2 order got a refund, left and never returning hunny. Byeeee!!! #tacky #KrispyKreme‘s here I come girl #nomorewalkins ????

I walk in, no one makes eye contact, and I soon see why. There's a sign telling customers to use the touchscreen kiosk to order. I carefully select a dozen donuts, pepsis, and pay. Then, the receipt prints out and the nice lady behind the counter starts trying to match up the donuts I selected with the half-full trays in the display. Half the donuts are missing, and there are several I didn't see on the menu so I just tell her which donuts to pick like a normal donut shop. Then, she brings me two blue gatorades. I ask for pepsis, and she explains that there are no sodas left. I don't feel like asking for a refund, so I take the drinks I didn't order and the donuts I didn't order and decide to write a critical review.I see a future where the nice lady is fired and replaced with a robot. Somehow, they still haven't connected the robot to the store's inventory, so when you order donuts that don't exist, the robot will scoop up the air where the donut should be and carefully place it in your box. The drink machine will be broken, but the robot will use it anyway, and all you'll get is carbonated water. You'll be grateful you got any food at all, so you'll hop in a self driving taxi with a wobbly wheel and write the bad review while choking down a moldy donut with robot grease stains on the sides. And no one will read that one, either.
Good Dunkin with great staff. There is parking around the corner and it ended up being free because I was only there for 15 minutes or so to pickup my order.

I had a big order sent out one morning and unfortunately they mixed up and forgot one thing. Immediately upon calling, the gentleman on the phone handled it and was so kind and gracious. When I went to pick up left item it was already labeled and ready to go. Absolutely fantastic customer service. On the phone I heard "Sean" or "John" as his name but it was so loud so I'm hoping this gets seen by the right person to give that gentleman the recognition he deserves. He was working and answered the phone Tuesday evening. The customer service is head and shoulders above the fancier boutique sweets places in Hollywood. Also, when I went in the place was very clean and organized (trust me, I would not say it if it wasn't true as I have OCD and are especially cautious in public places when with my dog ) which I'm sure isn't easy working on such a busy city street. Will definitely be back! Thank you :)

No one is friendly. Not sure if it's because they have an early morning or what, but no one smiles, says Hello, Good Morning, Thank You, Bye. I ordered a dozen donuts and the gal loading up my box didn't even get the order correct. So lack of attention and manners. Thankfully the machine you place your order on doesn't ask for a tip. Who would that even go to anyways? Ehhh, just went to this one because it was close.
