“Do you wanna see a fish channel under your feet? So fun to walk on the glass, and see the fishes under swimming here, and there in a sort of serious restaurant. It felt like a dream eating here although I had heard a lot before eventually came here. High-end service, good table manners, vivid natural vibe I mean the fish, and all the good reputation. A definitely iconic restaurant in BVH.“

“Exquisite cuisine- chef was formally trained in Japan and his expertise shines through in every dish. Particularly the lightest, crispiest tempura once could ever hope to enjoy. Attentive, perfect service. Only knock is that it’s quite expensive, making this a once-every-five-years kind of culinary experience. That being said, we will be talking about this meal for weeks. It was *that* good. Life is short: treat yourself!“

“We came here for a coworker's birthday. They called ahead and prepared a special menu with our names on it, along with homemade cheesecake and whipped cream. We ordered the prime rib, broccoli and French onion soup. For the price, I would rate the steak 8.5/10. The service and ambiance of the restaurant was great. Highly recommended for dates, family dinners or corporate/clients.“

“Hair on a business trip and pull this name out of the hat for sushi tonight, it was close by our hotel. We were the first to arrive approximately 6 PM and received such a warm welcome from the host Astrauex, the sushi chefs and our server. The fish was fresh and tasty, The yellow tail melted in my mouth. They are light on the rice, which is wonderful! You have to try the marilyn monroll! By the time we were done more guests were filtering in.... Don't forget the green tea matcha mochi!“

“We love Fogo de Chão! Our nonprofit highly recommends you going to this location for your event needs. We've held two very successful fundraising events at this location. The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly, knowledge, and ready to help however they can. We will continue to host events here. There is a small space and that can be opened up to make into an even bigger space. Great food and amazing drinks!“

“We sat outside. The inside is beautiful but we are more comfortable outside. The staff, the owner/chef all waited on us and the service was amazing. The food was so delicious. Every dish was tasty. The favorite at our table was chicken satay and garlic noodles. We highly recommend this place.“

“Delicious Omakase for a worthwhile price!
Stand-out bites included:
- Kelp & kombu marinated local halibut nigiri (my personal favorite)
- Local black cod with miso
- Santa Barbara Uni & Sweet Shrimp
- Alaskan Ikura marinated in dashi broth
The classic slices (Salmon/Tuna/Albacore/Yelltowtail) were also delicious.
Rockpool really stands out among the recent Omakase hype, not only because the locally and japanese imported fish tasted incredible, but their 16-piece and 13-piece omakase options come in at an incredible $78 / $58 price!
That’s about $6 a bite after tax and tip, which for LA is pretty phenomenal given the top notch quality of this place.
Dietary restrictions: They make sure to ask you about any dietary restrictions and/or dislikes you might have which is very appreciated for an omakase focused restaurant.“

"Refreshing Italian...our family restaurant full of memories"
The most popular restaurant style in the U.S. is obviously American Style, and the next most popular restaurant style is probably Italian. There are so many Italian restaurants in the U.S. Il Fonaio Cucina Italiana here is also an American-based Italian restaurant (of course, Wiki says it started out as a small Italian restaurant...). It is a large franchise with mainly chain stores in the California region and currently has about 20 branches.
This house has a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
The reason I like Il Fonaio is because of the bright and open interior with good lighting. The bright, wooden interior with white as the base in all locations gives a sense of comfort and warmth.
It's been over 10 years since I started working with Il Fonaio. Although it has a classic interior, it is not heavy and refreshing. The food also resembles the interior. It is not heavy, but has a light and refreshing feel, so you can always find it like your home without feeling burdened. Another advantage of this restaurant is that they use seafood well, and the photos come out beautifully.
It's a perfect place for a finishing lunch with my wife.“

“One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the entire world.
Tao is the best and I recommend;
Singapore Vermicelli with pork and side of Hoisin sauce, egg drop soup, spring rolls, Peking duck ?, the orange chicken, honestly everything there is amazing.“
