“The food is delicious, normally I can't finish my plate but with my delicious pasta I made sure no single piece was left in my plate lol
I want to give 10 stars to the owner/manager who was the highlight of our day. He made us laugh with his jokes and funny sarcasm. It felt like we were invited to his home for a delicious meal, it didn't feel like it was a restaurant! The food and the atmosphere feels like home!“

“My family (all 8 of us) got together at Bacari on Saturday and had a great time with the food, the service, and the drinks. First, they welcomed us in and checked for food allergies and preferences. Then they helped us pick some great dishes like cauliflower, chilaquiles, Brussel sprouts, and dips. All the food was great. The service was wonderful. Finally, they brought us some great deserts. We love going there since we can chat and enjoy good food and each other’s company. They thanked us for coming both when we were leaving and then by text. Great place!“

“There were 4 of us dining in for a late lunch/ early dinner. It's a very comfortable place with a great menu and awesome desserts. The owner works there and the staff is awesome and friendly. If you want to adjust your selection a bit they are happy to help in any way possible! The portions are good size to share. We love going there and the staff makes it cozy and welcoming. “Excellent food and lovely atmosphere“

“La Cava has always been a great Italian restaurant, but even greater now. Armando, the owner, has completely remodeled the interior making it warm, cozy and inviting. The tables are spaced nicely and the whole decor is bright. The food is wonderful and the menu has expanded with many new dishes and the prices are great for any budget. Stop in and enjoy!!“

“NYC cheese slices are my jam, and we have an embarrassment of riches in Sherman Oaks. Within a mile of each other, there are three, count 'em three, authentic NY slice shops. My son and I visited all three of them on a self-guided cheese slice tour of Sherman Oaks. Pizza Wagon was stop three on the tour!

The atmosphere is good...NY decor on the walls in what feels like a truly neighborhood / not-chain space. The service was great too...the staff worked quickly and were abundantly friendly and helpful.

They do a good job with authentic style slices...the right amount of crisp on the crust and a good ratio of sauce versus cheese. The chew was good, though both the crust and sauce don't quite have the superior flavor profile of the nearby places.

It's definitely a good alternative to those, though, and miles ahead of the major chain pizzas in terms of NY style.“

“Visited last week with a group after hearing good things about it through a friend. Their pizza is delicious, good dough/cheese/sauce ratio. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo pizza and Margherita pizza. I also tried their Chicken Marsala and it hit the spot. They also serve espresso drinks, perfect before hitting the road after stuffing ourselves. Would recommend and definitely coming back.“

My buddy &I order 2 thin crust pizza’s and I know a thing or two about Great Pizza and Gino’s knocked it out of the park. Excellent thin crust , sauce cheese crumble sausage 100% outstanding. “This newish restaurant is definitely underrated! We came here for my mom's birthday and I'm so glad we did. We all loved it. The food was absolutely amazing Bolognese 5/5 Lobster pasta 4.5/5 Spaghetti carbonara 5/5 Spaghetti with gamberi 4/5 (very spicy) Spaghetti arrabbiata 4/5 Caesar salad 5/5 Wine (Pinot noir & Chianti) 5/5 Pistachio and chocolate cake 5/5 The service was truly special. They went above and beyond. The restaurant is gorgeous and intimate. It's perfect for dates or family dinners.“
