“This is a very popular place as it gets crowded even before normal dinner time. The semi-indoor/outdoor seating area is clean and relaxing.“

“Where do I start. Liz and Maggie are amazing. They made my family feel like some type of celebrity. I can’t state in this short paragraph how blown away I was by the service we received. THE BEST SERVICE, I’VE EVER RECEIVED. The drinks were excellent and the food was so good. I recommend the wagyu meatballs. The dessert was so tasty. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order here. The piano bar is a musical nice touch. I really appreciated the attention to detail on the decor of the restaurant when it came to the music. “This is the go to restaurant when staying in LA. Food is always perfect. Service is exceptional, and honestly made to feel like family. After an amazing meal Bruce and Rene treated us to the most exquisite desserts that were truely to die for. This was the dining highlight of our US trip from Scotland and the best genuine hospitality we've experienced. Well done to all involved, wish you weren't 5000 miles away from where we live. “Love this little neighborhood bistro. Food is always good and very consistent. Great selection of items, and really wonderful, friendly servers who make it a point to get to know their customers. It’s always a delight to see Bella who radiates kindness (Iove her sparkles!). It’s definitely a place I keep going back to again and again for the good food and great people.“

“Lapaba is owned and partnered by famous restauranteurs Nancy Silverton, Tanya/Joe Bastianich, and Robert Kim and led by husband-wife chef McKenna Lelah and Matthew Kim who met at Osteria Mozza. Lapaba certainly flexes its expertise in Italian cuisine, however as many other reviewers have pointed out, the menu offerings and execution misses the mark of Italian-Korean fusion. I loved the open kitchen concept and the long bar seating. Our server for the night was not the warmest person nor cared for whether we were enjoying our experience but was otherwise attentive.

We were somewhat disappointed to find that all their cocktails were exclusively soju based without any information about their source and were relatively simple. I got G-ma's Boricha which I felt was very mild in flavor from both the soju and barley tea perspective.

Starters: 1) The milk bread had a great crust and soft inner texture. The choice of black garlic and honey buckwheat for the butters hit the Korean fusion goal. 2) The scallion pajeon was probably my favorite dish of the night with a crispy texture contrasted with the creamy and savory leek fondue.

Pastas: 1) The radiatori and galbi jim was probably my least favorite dish. The pasta overcooked, the texture of the meat did not feel like short ribs, and the addition of red wine made the ragu nowhere near reminiscent of the sweet and rich flavor of galbi jim. 2) The agnolotti and cheesy corn was delicious in its own right (can't go wrong with brown butter), but that gooey melted mozzarella we're used to seeing in the popular Korean BBQ side dish was missing among the pool of melted butter fat. 3) The orecchiette and sausage was my second favorite dish of the night and probably captured the essence of Italian-Korean fusion the best.

Dessert: I was extremely excited to try the tiramisu-garu but felt like I could not taste the misugaru nor makgeolli at all (understandably the former is pretty light in flavor to begin with). Rather, I was getting mostly the powdery black matcha flavor with every bite. I think incorporating more misugaru (or entirely switching to injeolmi - a more flavorful, sweet, and nutty powder) as the egg yolks are double boiled and then folded into the whipped mascarpone and cream could potentially add the flavor I was craving for in this dish.“

“We had an early dinner takeout so was not busy. First time ordering from Milan’s. The pizza was terrific - loaded with toppings and fresh from the oven. The cook was the only one there at the time and was very pleasant and speedy. Would order again!“

“​Stopped by Pasta Corner at the farmers market and had a great meal. I absolutely loved the Alfredo it was fresh, saucy, a huge portion, and piled high with cheese, which totally made the dish! “I adore this neighborhood café. Their paninis are always delicious—perfectly toasted and full of flavor. The juices are incredibly fresh, my personal favorite is the beet drink called The Midnight. Everything is reasonably priced. Great food, great drinks, such a nice local spot. UPDATE::: Look at that beautiful avo toast 😍 no skimping on the serving, and the za'atar sprinkling is genius. Check out the caesar salad, crisp lettuce, look at those bright, fresh toppings. Love it all!“

“If you’re anywhere near Santa Monica and craving AMAZING pizza, this place is an absolute must. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome, the vibes are always warm, friendly, and cozy. It’s the kind of pizza parlor that instantly feels like your go-to spot.

My personal favorites are the Spicy Bear and the Bianco pizzas… both are insanely delicious and packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on the spicy BBQ wings, the PERFECT balance of sweet and spicy. I literally crave them all the time.

“If you’re reading reviews to decide whether or not you want to eat here, PLACE YOUR ORDER NOW! Tell everyone. Everything is delicious. Randolph, the owner, is amazing. He keeps this place open till 1 AM. Everything you get here is fantastic. I devoured my food before remembering to take pictures. The pastas come with garlic bread (delicious) and the containers they use (which are always VERY FULL) are reusable. I have four containers from my to-go orders from here. My favorite has been the Penne Pesto with Chicken. Ugh. Amazing. My other favorite dish to get here is a personal pizza with pepperoni, sausage, basil, and then a drizzle of pesto as a finish. I don’t know what they do to their sauces, but they pack so much flavor. This place is somewhere I CAN’T avoid when I come to do my laundry next door at Happy Bubbles. Randolph is so polite, friendly, and you can tell he cares about his business. More people need to give this place a try!“

It was 2am & We had never tried this place before. I was so surprised at how high-quality it was my husband and my son also loved it.
These are hands-down, the best meatballs in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills!!!
Believe me, I have tried meatballs, everywhere and 99% of the time I’m disappointed. I am so happy that I found these meatballs! The Alfredo sauce was creamy and on par with some of the best I’ve ever had and the Caprese salad was fresh.!
I just read someone else’s review who claimed that the meatballs were frozen… That person obviously doesn’t know the difference between fresh meatballs, and frozen Because these were definitely FRESH“

We went there for our birthday celebration and the Manager, Danold, surprised us with our birthday celebration with wine, birthday cake with a candle, and a card with the name who is celebrating the birthday .
Our very beautiful waitress, Marin, who we’ve met before still as beautiful as she is and as always very kind, friendly, and professional.
