After a crazy night of delivery service fails, dropped drivers, unreachable Chow Now representatives, more delays, and remade orders, Kevan drove our order over themselves. It was a late Valentine dinner, not what we expected at all, but Pizzana made good on their end of the delivery and the food was great. The people at the restaurant were kind and gracious at every turn. Thank you Pizzana for being the best.“

“Food was delicious, we ordered the Meaty Deep Dish and a BBQ Crispy chicken Deep Dish. I'm not a fan of the deep dish because most pizza restaurants'crust turns soggy but not here. Crust was crunchy, the chicken WAS crunchy and it went really well with the pickles. We live 1.5 hours away but we'll definitely come back when we're in the area.“

“Hands down the best example of NY pizza in LA. I make a point to stop by anytime I’m in the Valley. The last time I was there two guys from NY who now live in OC came up just to go there. Anthony the owner gives off the authentic NY energy and the slices are perfect. I bring clients there for a quick bite in between showings all of the time and they tell me they go back without me.

Parking: There’s a spot or two available in the back sometimes or usually pretty easy metered street parking out front.

Kid-friendliness: I bring my son every so often. He loves seeing Anthony and getting the pepperoni pizza.“

“Pizza is in my blood and i appreciate each and any of the pizza joints. Why is it not 5 stars? The price. Too much for a slice of pizza but otherwise everything is absolutely ace. Love the trattoria style decor and overall the food is honest and fresh. Very helpful staff too.“

“The place is great. Myself and my wife came there for a pizza (truffle) the place was still not full and due to some difficulties in the kitchen. We had to wait very long time for the pizza and started to get really hungry angry.. my wife went to check on the order but still did not help. Not a good start! But then.. the pizza arrive, the stuff apologized and the pizza.. oh my good, was so good. One of the best we had for a while.. so we could forgive and the problems they had.. I really enjoyed the pizza so , even though there are so many places to eat in downtown Ventura, we found ourself in the next time back for another one.. the stuff was surprised to see us and giving them second chance and promised us the it will not happen. Again, and it was true, we ordered a great salad that arrived in minutes and few minutes after , the pizza was ready and again wonderful. I want to mention the girl Anna that was taking our orders and help in the kitchen. She was very kind polite and helpful, and new how to take responsibility when issues happened (I appreciated that) and was totally on her game the second night , and made sure everything will be great for us. ! We will be glad to come again“

“I always love a good Papa John's Pizza! I called in and had a fairly difficult time finding the location. I mentioned some landmarks to which she said yep, that's the one, to which it wasn't. I ended up finding the spot and got my pizza slightly warm because it took so long. I love the pizza but I am not a fan of the outsourcing of the phone calls as they are not local and don't use Google maps to verify your questions.“

“Decent pizza. For some reason, the location in Studio City just tastes a bit better than this location. Also, the guy making the pizza had very hairy arms, and as he is tossing the pizza back and forth all you can see is the dough rubbing against his hairy arms as the dough was being stretched. A bit off putting. We all know what's bound to happen every time he does that...gross.“

“We have been ordering from Dominos for a long while (primarily for office parties) and overall have been pretty dissatisfied.We ordered from PizzaHut recently and everything was amazing! The pizzas were delicious, the breadsticks were toasty and the staff was very accommodating.Friendly and prompt delivery, extremely helpful manager, and better deals than Dominos. “This was our first time to had fantastic Birthday dinner for my husband. We sat outside and watched people walking by while we enjoyed truly great foods. “Late last night (Monday 12/12/2022) I went to pick up my carry-out order from my local Domino's (4467 Van Nuys Blvd) and my order had accidentally been taken by a delivery driver. This would normally be really upsetting, but the employee I talked to, Leilani, apologized for the situation, and offered to re-make my pizzas right then, and said she would throw in a free order of cinnamon twists to make up for the inconvenience of having to wait. I appreciated her friendly demeanor and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. Leilani turned a negative experience into a positive experience, and I want to thank her!“
