“The location of the restaurant is smack center of downtown GSU, a young and vibrant, busy little area reminiscent of a ‘baby Manhattan’ but with nicer people and eco-friendly eateries. The interior is aesthetically pleasing with a black and yellow color scheme throughout the establishment, coordinated seating areas for dining in, and simple yet impactful decor with the background story of Mr. Fries Man framed along the walls. The atmosphere was welcoming and extremely professional and the fries themselves were everything! I had the shrimp and steak fries and they were fresh and hot, the steak cut into perfect bite size bits, the shrimp cooked perfectly, and the sauce a delicate balance between sweet and savory to tie it altogether *chefs kiss*. Overall perfect restaurant choice for anyone but especially college students and young professionals who want a satisfyingly delicious, quality meal without breaking the bank.“

Don't get it twisted though, EVERYONE who works here are amazing at what they do. So stop by even if it is a drive away for you. You will love it!“

“i love this place so much! the food is phenomenal and delicious beyond compare but what i do not appreciate of this place is the front register service. you'd expect the service to be positive, welcoming, comforting and for the front register to be kind and considerate but when you're not even welcomed in with a smile AT LEAST, have an airpod in your ear, spoken to rudely and given old food.. it makes you not feel welcomed or want to ask questions or come anymore..

this is not the first time I've come across this behavior but it's definitely from the same person working the front register, everytime.. i would kindly wish the owner to reevaluate their employees on their staff members behavior at such a fine establishment.

It is Tuesday September 8th, the restaurant had just opened (around 11a-12p) we come from way too far just to be treated rudely from someone who hasn't even begun hours into their shift..

“What a hidden gem near the airport! The street tacos were absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and loaded with meat, onions, and cilantro. The salsa was delicious, and everything tasted authentic and made with care. The service was fantastic, the prices were amazing, and the portions were generous. It’s getting harder to find places where you get great food, great service, and a great price, but this place has all three. Definitely a spot worth finding, and we will absolutely be back!“

“A very good smash burger spot to eat at! I got the double classic burger. It had two smashed patties along with fresh crunchy vegetables, cheese that melted and oozed from the burger and a nice stormburger sauce. The burger can be a a bit messy but it's very delicious. The fries were Cajun style and had a nice spice kick to it and fried very well!

There is only standing seating to eat and it gets real busy during lunchtimes with long drive thru lines and lines for window orders. The staff was very nice and friendly, service can be a tad bit slow but the burger joint feels like your old school hamburger joint from your neighborhood.

They had a collab with Tev's kitchen so I wish I had another stomach to try their Jamaican jerk patties.“

“This place is really exceptional. I had 2 beers and chicken wings, which were phenomenal and I also loved the prosciutto sandwitches and other snacks that I can't name. This place has good music and the beer is not watered down. It is really good all in all. I loved it. I had quality time and didn't want to leave. The parking validation is 3 hours though and that's your limit. Good luck.“

“La Pasadita is a small Mexican ice cream shop turned restaurant. My god, please try the carne asada....unbelievable! My wife loves the carnitas here as well. The secret here is that I believe the Mexican meat market next door is the same ownership so the meat is always fresh and seasoned perfectly. I ate my carne asada with my fingers alone, just like when I grill it. Just awesome. And don't forget the bomb ice cream too!

Also... Keeping in mind how much beef costs right now, the price was totally appropriate for the awesome quality. And the slab of meat I got was huge!“

“I visited nays restaurant and it was a stellar experience. The tacos were deliciously prepared to perfection as usual. I also had homemade nachos and salsa. The presentation was dope because the tacos were nicely stacked up on a food holder which made easier for me to pick them up. I enjoyed my margarita. They had nice R&B music playing in the background, specifically one of favorite songs, who can I run to by Xscape. I did feel a little rushed because of the 20 minute labels placed on all the tables. I’m sure that is meant more for crowded days when people are waiting for tables. It’s a small quant affordable taco diner. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected from a group of young employees. They were polite, attentive, and professional to me. They were productive not hanging out on the counters on their cellphones ignoring customers or anything like that. I was blown away and very impressed with how your employees conducted themselves. They were a very good representation of you and your company. I discovered her vending at one of LA’s taste of soul events & have been following ever since. Nay is inspiring because she’s very humble, personable, and down to earth, beautiful inside & out, intelligent, and the kind of person who you want to support or work with in the food services business. You will get good quality service. Nay is a model entrepreneur for not only the Los Angeles community, but all communities. She’s the first Black owned taco catering business that I have ever known of in LA. I’m so proud of her. She’s a proud Watts native, which is basically an extension of LA. “I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since the day it opened, and I can honestly say the service has been exceptional every single time. I have a Starbucks with a drive-thru that would be much easier for me to use, but I choose to get out of my car and come here because the experience is worth it.

The store is always clean, welcoming, and has such a friendly atmosphere. The employees acknowledge you right away when you walk in and genuinely make you feel welcomed.And they always make my drink perfect.That kind of customer service really makes a difference!

I also want to give a special shoutout to the store manager, Justin, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. One time, he literally walked out of the store to hand me my drink before I even made it inside Starbucks! That level of thoughtfulness and attention to customers is something you don’t see everywhere.

It’s clear that Justin and his team genuinely care about their customers and take pride in creating a great experience. I absolutely love this Starbucks and will continue choosing it over the drive-thru any day!

“If you are in LA, you need to come by here and get this barbecue. They authentically smoke although their needs like you can actually see them go out and get the wood chips to put in the smoker. I always get the red tips and the chicken it is smoked to perfection. The potato salad and the barbecue baked beans are in as well.“

So I bought her a meal, then gave her some money and told her to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner tomorrow.
