The staff was so sweet, welcoming everyone into the cafe. The food is always the same, always good. Loved the tea. Some Starbucks are not as smart and certainly not this kind and considerate. The friendly cashier and the whole team hustled. One customer noted Matthew has the best customer service, very professional and courteous. However, there are no chairs or tables inside for paying customers, likely due to the homeless situation around the shopping center. The bathroom is accessed by code. Another customer had to order a drink to go. A different customer said they never get the drink right, tasting like bitter coffee instead. Someone placed a mobile order and forgot a sandwich, but the store phone is not working.
