I would like to take a moment here, just after getting lunch from this Starbucks location, to put the Customer Service spotlight on Lesli, the girl who helped me. I had multiple Gift Cards in my wallet, and she helped establish the balances of each of them, and then offered to simplify the situation by putting all the balances onto one single card. I didn’t ask her to do any of this.
