The posted hours start at 4 am. I arrived near six for a pickup order in-store and there are workers inside, but the lobby is locked and they are pointedly ignoring me. No sign on the door or anything. Isn't it illegal to walk through a drive thru? How am I supposed to get my food?

Terrible customer service every time I’ve gone. Once they get busy and the pressure kicks in they get lazy and make dangerous mistakes such as putting cheese on my sandwich when I’m allergic. Another time was when they gave me a very cold double smoked sandwich. Looked like it was sitting around a while. Be careful when coming here and check your items.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Starbucks today. The drive-through lady not only insulted my choice of ordering two cake pops, one for my son and the other for my wife, but she also made inappropriate comments about my financial situation. She questioned, "Is that all you came to Starbucks for?" and then insisted I get a water because, according to her, it's free – insinuating that I couldn't afford anything else. Such rude behavior is completely unacceptable, and it left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. I expected better customer service from a well-known chain like Starbucks.
