“We stopped here between Universal Studios & LAX after finding them via a Google restaurant search. The food was delicious. Large portions & big mugs of cold beer to tame the spices. We loved the friendly & casual vibe. My silly kid enjoyed being creative with the injera bread & what kid doesn't love the opportunity to eat with their hands... on purpose!“

“Remember to try the soup. They make it fresh everyday, except on Sundays (no soup). This past Sunday I went for the soup since I have a cold. Found out there was none.
But, the hot steaming and freshly cooked small plate of curry goat did not disappoint. It came with rice and peas, fried ripe plantains, a festival and steamed cabbage. It did not disappoint. Yumm!“

“This is my 2nd trip here and the food never disappoints. The service though is the only knock on this place. The servers are polite but the food comes out soooooo slow. I ordered the marlin tacos and the pescado zarandeado. I devoured the marlin tacos they were so good and shared the pescado with the table.“

“i love this place so much! the food is phenomenal and delicious beyond compare but what i do not appreciate of this place is the front register service. you'd expect the service to be positive, welcoming, comforting and for the front register to be kind and considerate but when you're not even welcomed in with a smile AT LEAST, have an airpod in your ear, spoken to rudely and given old food.. it makes you not feel welcomed or want to ask questions or come anymore..

this is not the first time I've come across this behavior but it's definitely from the same person working the front register, everytime.. i would kindly wish the owner to reevaluate their employees on their staff members behavior at such a fine establishment.

It is Tuesday September 8th, the restaurant had just opened (around 11a-12p) we come from way too far just to be treated rudely from someone who hasn't even begun hours into their shift..

There dishes could include more varieties of vegetables but if you ask they can accommodate but for example instead of drunken noodles just having pepper and basil leave it could include multiple vegetables like baby corn, carrots, peppers and broccoli. Great experience overall.“

“The day before the BTS concert for Day 1, I came with my dad to this small restaurant in the morning when it just opened. The ladies were very welcoming and the place was very clean. I wasn't that hungry because we had a long drive, had barely woken up, and was car sick, but ended up ordering some chilaquiles and horchata. And let me tell you, the food was hella bomb with a great quantity. My dad liked his food as well. I was just sad I couldn't finish all of mine 😅. But would totally recommend to dine here. Will probably come by again if I ever go to another concert that is held in the same stadium BTS had theirs. Hopefully will come with a bigger appetite.“

“What a hidden gem near the airport! The street tacos were absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and loaded with meat, onions, and cilantro. The salsa was delicious, and everything tasted authentic and made with care. The service was fantastic, the prices were amazing, and the portions were generous. It’s getting harder to find places where you get great food, great service, and a great price, but this place has all three. Definitely a spot worth finding, and we will absolutely be back!“

“Probably one of the best charbroiled burgers around Inglewood. Their grilled chicken burger is pretty hefty, I recommend it if you're looking for a chicken burger. It's filling. I also like their chili cheese burger combo. I think it's a great deal. Fries come with chili cheese and the burger comes with chili too but no cheese. You can also not get chili if you don't like it on your burger. They take phone orders and the service is quick. 🍔👍🏻“

“I really like the food at this place…but the lady who takes the orders by phone is really unprofessional…he take the phone and leave it on the side without saying anything until she likes and she don’t answer the phone when is ringing. Very very bad.“

“I've been picking up things here for a few months now and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. The bread is properly made — real crust, open crumb, still good the next day, which sounds basic and almost nowhere manages it. I've ordered two cakes for family birthdays and both times they took the time to actually ask what the person liked instead of just handing me a catalog to point at. The second one had a lemon filling my sister still brings up. Staff are friendly without being performative about it, and by now they start pulling my usual before I've finished saying it. It's become the kind of place I plan my Saturday around rather than just stop into.“

“My family and I just visited this charming Cafe. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a hello. We ordered a Lox, Steak & Eggs and a Hamburger. All the food was fantastic, super fresh and delicious. The hostess made her rounds to check in on everyone, super classy and 5 star 🌟 service. We ordered an Americano with cream, it was sooooo good that we had to order a second round! This place is a gem 💎, service and food is amazing! I highly recommend it! Go, you will enjoy it too! “I found this place on Google. I could tell by the pictures I wanted to try it. Right when I walked in and felt the heat from the griddle and felt the wind from all the fans, that this was the place. I felt like I was in Mexico, so the atmosphere for me was a 10. If you’re looking for a heavily AC’d restaurant you might want to get the food para llevar. The table got agua Fresca pina, horchata, molcajete, 2 lengua tacos and chicken enchilada (verde) plate. The tortillas were perfectly handmade. I’m still contemplating if this is the best Mexican food spot I’ve been to 🤔. It’s definitely worth a try.“

“Absolutely the finest Soul Food. You don't want to skip this place. I had the lunch portion of the Oxtail and chose the Candied Yams and Mac and Cheese as sides. It came with 2 Cornbread Muffins. “Came to the El Comalito on Arbor Vitae in Inglewood. It’s a local spot with a strong Hispanic presence, both employees and customers, and I did feel welcome there.
It’s not the cleanest place visually, and I didn’t use the restroom so I can’t speak on that. But what I came for was the fresh juice. They make it right in front of you, carrot juice, orange juice, and you can actually see them preparing it. That matters to me.
The price was very reasonable, and the juice tasted fresh. After drinking it, my body felt energized and light, like I had something natural instead of something heavy.
I would definitely recommend stopping by for the fresh juice.

“My sons and I stopped in without any prior knowledge or recommendations. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! We were served home made chips, black beans, and salsa at the table, and had two baskets of chips!
My sons ordered the carne asada tacos. The steak was tender and savory. Traditional style “street” tacos BUT with a hefty serving of steak.
I had the fish tacos plate. The fish was grilled and seasoned tilapia, with homemade sauce and salsa. The three tacos were packed with fish. The rice was phenomenal and the refried beans were outstanding.
I normally don’t eat tilapia yet this was the best preparation I have had.
It truly feels like you’re treated to inside someone’s home, as the service was excellent and the food scrumptious.
I just wish I had tried more dishes and taken pics!

Tottinos Pizza has been our family’s go-to for years and they just never miss. It’s one of those rare long-time family-owned spots that still feels exactly like it did when we first started going. Amazing food, genuinely friendly people, and prices that don’t make you wince.
We always start with the fresh garlic bread. Hot, buttery, loaded with real garlic… it’s basically mandatory at this point. Our classic favorite is the sausage and pepperoni. Crispy crust, generous toppings, every single slice hits. But the white pizza? That’s the one that keeps us coming back. Rich cheeses, garlic, that perfect crisp crust. Honestly one of the best we’ve ever had.
Even though it’s takeout only, the whole experience feels special. The staff is always so nice, the food comes out fast, and everything is fresh and ready right when they say. You can tell they actually care about every order that goes out.
What we love most is how consistent they are. Family dinner, birthday, random busy weeknight, it doesn’t matter. We always know we’re getting great food, quick service, and solid value. Supporting a local family business like this just makes it even better.

Everything was fresh, delicious and tasted like it was made with so much love. The entire staff was so sweet and welcoming. The food does take some time to prepare (around 30 minutes) because it is homemade but in my opinion it is so worth it, especially if you love Nigerian cuisine.
