This is a classic place that has been around many years. It's not the fanciest, but it has good solid mexican fare and super friendly service that makes you feel like they really appreciate your business. The plates are huge, so go hungry. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely return on our next visit to the area.
Tasty Mexican near lax and rental cars. You get soup or salad with your meal and the chips and salsa are excellent. Plenty of free parking quick service and tasty food too. The venue is dated however but everything else

Food is great and the restaurant is run by the owners - always a good sign. Bar area is cool, they have jukebox that you can control from an app on your phone and plenty of TV's to catch a game. Excellent shredded beef in their quesadillas and enchiladas - the flavor is just fantastic! They have unbelievable lunch specials and is one of the last places in LA where you won't have to transfer money from your 401k to pay for a meal.
