I've been picking up things here for a few months now and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. The bread is properly made — real crust, open crumb, still good the next day, which sounds basic and almost nowhere manages it. I've ordered two cakes for family birthdays and both times they took the time to actually ask what the person liked instead of just handing me a catalog to point at.
