“Absolutely the finest Soul Food. You don't want to skip this place. I had the lunch portion of the Oxtail and chose the Candied Yams and Mac and Cheese as sides. It came with 2 Cornbread Muffins. It was all delicious and filling. I ordered the Coconut Pineapple Cake for Dessert. It filled the container. See the picture. Totally Recommend this place.“

“My experience at Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with kindness and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of positive energy.

A special thank you to Auntie Allison, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her kindness, professionalism, and friendly personality truly stood out and made our visit even more memorable. It’s rare to meet someone who can make guests feel so comfortable and appreciated, and she did exactly that.

Our server was also fantastic. The service was attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout our entire visit. We never felt rushed, and every question we had was answered with a smile.

And of course, the food was incredible! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, crispy, and cooked to perfection. The waffles were fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. Every bite reminded me why Roscoe’s is such an iconic place. The portions were generous, the food came out hot, and everything exceeded our expectations.“

“I recently had dinner at DULAN’S with my friends and had a really enjoyable experience. The restaurant had a warm, casual, and welcoming atmosphere that made it perfect for a relaxed meal. The vibe felt comfortable, and it was a nice place to sit down and enjoy good food without any rush.

The food was flavorful and well-prepared. We ordered a mix of their popular dishes including chicken, rice, sides, and a few appetizers. Everything came out fresh and tasted home-style with good seasoning. The portions were satisfying, and the menu had a nice variety to choose from.

Service was friendly and cooperative. The staff made sure we were taken care of and checked in when needed without being intrusive.

“This is authentic down to the sexy owner Francesco with the beautiful accent. He made the heck out of my cappuccino with a hint of house made vanilla and cinnamon. He deftly stirred and measured all the while answering my questions just so I could hear him speak.
I also got the fritatta with zucchini and other delicious veggies. O.g! Do, savory and fluffy. They have so many items on the menu from pastas to decadent desserts and they even have imported Italian sparkling water and still. If you wanna feel transported to a country and romanticize what your taste buds are experiencing, this is the place for you. There is some seating outside and you can people watch but the star of all of this is incredible food just the way his beloved Grandmother made.“

“Our family of 5--parents + kids 22, 19 and 13--had Fatburger on our "must do" list for LA. We wanted to eat inside, but they were only serving through the drive-thru so...drive-thru it was. The wife and I don't eat beef so we each got the Fatburger w/Impossible patty. The kids got the Classic Fatburger. Fries all around of course. The car was filled with smacks, slurps and mmmms. Good burgers! Now the fries could have used more seasoning but the burgers were slappin'!“

“Attended this restaurant for a late lunch. I enjoyed my time dining, very clean, they play Korean music. Definitely a place to bring friends or family to share food portions, I feel as if the price is justified due to the portion. Food + Drink about $40 per person. Soju berry highball is the perfect sweetness. Will come back to show my family this place 😄I really liked the kimchi! 4100 isn't a typical spot for me on a Sunday, but it definitely will be now that I know Nugtown will be there.

I've worked in the service industry and done local food reviews for 10 years across Detroit, Denver, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. This is one of the standout spots, hands down. That is saying A LOT.

Hand battered chicken, everything made to order, and Mike will let you know exactly what you need without trying to upsell and swindle you.

I take my food, specifically fried chicken, very seriously and there is not one thing that I could suggest to improve. I can't wait to tell everybody!

“I recently stumbled upon your establishment and must say, the name perfectly captures how I felt after trying your food. I ordered fried wings, rice, and vegetables, and each dish was exceptional.

The wings were piping hot, and the aroma that wafted from the box was simply incredible. The blend of spices and flavors was perfect, and I was truly blown away.

“Got to sample the food when they were a vendor at the Afro-Latinx festival event at the MOLAA earlier this year. As I trying to determine which food vendor to support as I wanted to sample food that was reflective of the event. He didn’t have his menu prominently available so I had to asked him what he was selling, he said the magic word oxtail and I was sold. Food was delicious and there sadly was no leftovers, as I scraped it clean. Not the cheapest but the food was tasty to justify, as well as the drink/juice. Definitely would recommend and would want to try the other dishes.“
