I was in LA a couple of weeks ago on business and found this spot the day before leaving and that's my biggest regret. Wish we'd found it the first day we we're there I'd have been eating there everyday. The food and atmosphere are excellent and a live DJ playing music we all grew up on (can you dig it ✊?). The purple (grape) kool-aid was a blast from the past fo so.
Had lunch everything I ate was good. I purchased the Banana Pudding to take home. I am 78 years old and have eaten banana pudding made by the best but that was the first time that no vanilla wafers used. It took me a couple of bites before I realized it so much better with wafers.
I was there Sunday at 11:30 …Atmosphere was inviting…service and food were amazing! …I really enjoyed the music DJ Butterbaby played …I went to the restroom and staff was singing and grooving to the music which seemed to make them happy and it made me happy to watch them. Kudos to LIVE music instead of piped music ❤️
