Fixins is such a great family experience in the heart of DTLA. I love the ambience and environment, and the servers are very attentive. Having a soul food restaurant that is black owned in such a centrally diverse area is very impressive and speaks to how DTLA is continuing to grow. The food is good, the music is amazing, the service is fast, and it's just the perfect spot for a family filled evening. I would definitely recommend anyone to try it out.

Let me start by saying that the service at the bar was great! The bartender was attentive and friendly. Now, let’s talk about the food and drinks. Both were absolutely delicious! The only thing that we were not a fan of was the Mac n Cheese. The texture was extremely soft. Other than that, highly recommend!

Such a wonderful atmosphere and the food was scrumptious! My out of town guest were very pleased; and glad they chose to make reservations- we were seated quickly considering the crowd. Can't wait to make a return visit soon. Did I say how good the food is!!!! And the cocktails were on point- no skimping either!

I love tge gospel music on Sundays and regular music too. The oxtails and chaired okra are absolutely Amazing❣️❣️❣️ Thise 2 are my favorite??.

Very Good Food and Atmosphere in the heart ❤️ of Los Angeles. The placed was filled, but we were most impressed by how quick our food came. The service was also Great!! Loved the greens, catfish, chicken, yams, oxtails, peach cobbler, waffles, vegan burger!!!! Until we meet again!!
Everytime I'm in Los Angeles this is my spot for breakfast. Love the grits! One of these days I'll try something new. ??️
