“We ended up at Lozio Osteria Pizzeria Bar completely by accident. My friends and I were looking for a new place to celebrate my birthday, somewhere we hadn’t been before, and this turned out to be such a great find.
Honestly, all the food was absolutely delicious. The truffle fries were especially amazing. We finished them so quickly that we had to order another round.
We had bruschetta, a charcuterie board, Caesar salad, fettuccine bolognese, and carbonara, and everything was spot on. For dessert, we ordered a pistachio cake. The portions were perfect for a group of five girls, and we left happy and full.
The cocktails were also great, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
And the service really made the experience. Our waiter had such a great sense of humor, kept joking with us, and truly lifted the whole mood of the evening.“

“I really enjoyed my pasta here; it was quite soft, and the Bolognese sauce was solid. No wait at all, and the waiter was pretty attentive. One small suggestion: if you're going to bring out Parmesan cheese, a heaping bowl sort of undercuts its elegance compared to fresh grated. I don't really think it tastes different, personally, but Rivera seems to attract the kind of people who will care.“

“Our experience was amazing all around. Food was solid for the price with an amazing array of flavors. Our server ✨Dennis ✨was attentive and very friendly.
The pasta wasn’t over cooked and the flavors well rounded. We ordered the Caprese and Bread to start then got some Vodka Pastas and the Curry Bolognese. Finished it off with a dessert trio along with some fun drinks. Out played came out fast and overall had an enjoyable time. The atmosphere was lively and the restaurant itself was very spacious.
Would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future. :D“

“Fantastic restaurant. The vibe inside is great and the space is really well built out. Their pasta is fantastic and I love their selection of different dishes. I am sometimes very picky about my pasta but they did a great job making it. I also thought the fish was very well made and the salad that comes with it was so fresh and good. Overall great experience.“

“The brunch here was fantastic! The passionfruit cocktail was refreshing, but not too sweet. The chopped salad was also excellent and something I would genuinely order again. The staff working were all so kind and showed me wonderful hospitality since I was dining alone. The house made fennel sausage was perfectly juicy and full of flavor. It was a marvelous meal and as a local, definitely a place I would go back to !!“

“YO! This pasta. OH MY GOSH. I got the angel hair with the pink sauce and … it was one of the best things to grace my lips. It. Was. So. Good. I cannot wait to have my leftovers until later, so breakfast it is! Highly highly highly recommend checking this place out! And the service is absolutely incredible.“

“A small spot right on Venice Beach with about 20 seats—all outdoors, but they have heat lamps, so it’s pretty cozy. Prices are fair for the area at around $ 16 a plate. We showed up at 7 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, but still found a table easily and got served super quickly. The staff was really friendly! As for the pasta, it was okay, but a bit plain and nothing to write home about. Overall, a convenient and affordable option near the beach.“

“We were visiting from Pennsylvania and found this place. The food was absolutely incredible. Ingredients were all fresh and delicious. For such a small staff it definitely felt as though I was dining at a family member’s home. Every ingredient seemed like it was chosen with great attention. If I lived here I’d be back time and again.“

“Be aware of a GOOD thing…these sandwiches are HUGE!!
We had the Caprese and the Veggie and clearly we could have shared one sandwich as we ended up having half and then having the other half for dinner at home.
For five dollars extra you can upgrade and include a drink and a bag of potato chips. Very good food, the bread was fresh out of the oven and the ingredients were amazing.
Outside seating in a nice shaded patio. I definitely recommend.“

“The most delicious Italian food I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive. The only downsides were the small, wobbly table (we were actually moved twice) and the fact that it was very noisy inside—though that was to be expected on a Friday night. Definitely will recommend.“

“What a fantastic discovery. I was craving calzones and used to have a spot in Los Feliz which I would go out of my way for. After trying a few places which fell short of the mark in South Bay, I almost gave up on finding authentic Italian food locally. The search was worth it as this is now going to be one of my forever places to come on a regular basis. From the calzone, to the pizza, salads and even the Cannoli Siciliani Pistacchio, everything has been nothing short of amazing. To top it off, it’s family run and they are all the sweetest and most warm people I’ve encountered at any local restaurant. If you haven’t tried them yet, you need to stop by.“

“Happy New Year Y’all!!🥂✨🤘🏼🥳 As many of you know I’ve been playing piano and singing at Casa Ado in Venice for the last 3.5 years, for a total of 700+ shows. There have been two paintings with me in them, a painted recording of this era of my life! It is unclear what will be happening with the restaurant going forward, as there may be some ownership change. Everyone is sort of holding their breath, and for now, music has not been included in January of 2020. There is talk it could go either way in Feb. 🤷🏻♂️ Thank you all who have come and supported me these past few years on Washington Square and I will keep everyone posted as to what settles out in the next bit of time. Garlic Shrimp⭐⭐⭐ The shrimp were fresh, but the portion was small (only 5 for $18) and the garlic flavor was not prominent enough. “One of my favorite places to go to whenever I visit family in Los Angeles. It’s my grandparents favorite place and has been since they opened. “Came here after a nice day at Manhattan Beach and I do not regret it one bit. The New York style pizza with a side of their spicy Cajun buffalo wings was made with true love man. To top it off I had a canoli , with my love of canolis , I couldn’t have tasted a better one , must’ve had a secret recipe! Thank you guys for everything and the hospitality!“

We mentioned and then he brought it to us. No biggie. I'll always go back to Nikkos . Try if your in town. Especially if u want to watch a game and have a beer.“
