The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.”

“Nothing to compare with locally because we are from Colorado Springs where the best local ramen (Rooster Ramen) closed years ago and we haven’t had anything good since other than a few hit pot places. Otherwise we were impressed by the service (Lucia paid closed attention to our table) and the speed at which our ramen and katsu was placed at our table. Broth, noodles and meat were excellent. No complaints from us and reasonably priced!”

And the service was great! They arrived early. And the food was hot. The owner, Norwood, presented the food with a very appetizing description of each entree. Everyone loved it! Additionally, the portions were very generous. And everyone went back for seconds. At Triedstone, we do everything with excellence. And Darrow’s definitely met the challenge. The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite.
