“Mother worked the original restaurant 60+ years ago in Inglewood and have made it a family tradition to return whenever a birthday needs celebration or just because we can. Red Onion has never had an off day of consistant quality, environment and service. We'll be traveling from Riverside to keep our tradition going. Love this place!!

“Always, greeted with a warm welcome except one time but I brushed it off because all the other times usually just better. Maybe that day one of the employees was having a bad day. But other than that our fave place to go.”

“Everything was 10 stars!! Pho is the best I’ve had in South Bay to date and I’ve eaten at many!! Best best best beef tallow fries ever!! No nasty crappy oils used! And the pho is made with BONE BROTH!! The fried brisket rice….no words absolutely delish!!! Prices are really good! This is my new go to for fries and Pho and fried rice!! Service was on point and the owner came out to greet us too! 10 out of 10!!”

“I have only had it delivered - I can’t wait to have it in person for it to be possibly even more fresh but my husband and I have worked at 4 pizza fancy restaurants between the both of us and we both agree this is some of the best pizza we have had in a minute and the price is extremely reasonable - unlimited topping for a personal for $13

“Local Favorite. Excellent Customer Service and Delicious Food. Fast turn around. Owner ran / present. *completely different experience from Pho Hana on Hawthorne (Torrance) All staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Highly recommend. My pho craving was satisfied without having to drive all the way out to Gardena / Westminster.”

“Ginger tea is good and the store has a lot of seats. Staff also keeps it very clean which is a plus! Perfect spot to chill and study or, in my case, wait for a movie to start.”

“Our family loves fat tomato pizza. Ownership is very accommodating. I one time made a mistake on my order and they went out of the way to make sure that I received our food. It’s my kids favorite pizza as well as I love the gluten-free crust.”

“Lovely service from the waitress. She was very sweet and hospitable. This location is ideal for 2 people. There’s only one large table in the center of the restaurant. We ordered the fried rice and added chicken. We also got the pad see ew and added beef. Both dishes were flavorful and delicious. The only disappointment were the crab ragoons. I’m used to a thicker cream cheese taste with the bits of crab and these had more of a liquid-ish cheese with bell peppers. In all fairness, I personally do not like bell peppers. The ragoons do not deter me from returning. I would definitely come back.”

“We found this gem of a place a little over a year ago. We try and go every weekend for our “brunch” favorites! We love the staff and Chef .. who are all “family”. The best food, with the nicest staff…and the ambiance isn’t too shabby either. It’s such a joy to go and eat there. Take your time, this is not the type of place you go to to “rush” your meal…”

“We love to go to this spot for a great turkey sandwich. Have enjoyed the food here for years. For lunch I recommend the Lunch special with turkey sandwich, macaroni salad, soda and add a side of garlic bread to finish off the order.
