“Ate there today for the first time, delicious! Server was very nice, did not rush us. I had the breakfast burrito, eggs, potato and sausage, great salsa and very filling, brought home half of it, will heat up tomorrow. My friend had the morning omelette, came with salad, bread and almost a scalloped potato square and sliced avocado on top of the omelette, she also took half home. Would definitely go back and try their savory crepes.“
“This Ruby's Diner is one of my daughter's favorite places to hang out. Watching the skaters and Hockey players from a slightly warmer perspective with the American Diner atmosphere and music is fun. The burgers and shakes are great and so is the service.“
“Well it lived up to the hype. From one chef to another..bravovery well executed. Took a little long to get my food, and I would want a little more sauce and ramen and..ok fish too for the $48 it costs...but that sauce was amazing...some spicy fish tomato sauce or something whatever it was it was bomb. The desserts look tempting...Definitely some of the best food I've had for a while. I'll be back for sure..hopefully with a group so I can taste all their dishes.“
“Amazing breakfast burritos. The combination of hash browns, eggs, onions and chorizo or sausage is perfect. The flavor couldn’t be better. The salsas that come with the burrito are spicy so go light or have your burrito + sauces with a glass of milk.“
“Food is usually always good It's an A+ when the avocado is fresh and not bruised this is my favorite no "meat" bowl (avocado beet bowl) The service was fast and there was plenty of seating.Parking: There's really no parking just a few spots in the front which is only for 10 minutes, parking is available underground garage parking you have up to an hour of free parking.“
“Susana Excellent, friendly service. This was our first time here. We were very pleased with the value and quality. While a lot of places have raised there prices a lot Dennys seems to be trying to keep their menu affordable. Their coffee is awesome!“
“I always enjoy the food at Manhattan Bch Urban Plates. Everything is delicious, nicely presented and is hot when it arrives at your table. The restaurant is very clean and has a great ambiance. And I can’t say enough about Sandro. He is friendly, supremely attentive and leaves nothing to chance. Consider yourself lucky if Sandro is working the day you visit this location.“
“Good food. We ordered the chicken Cesar salad, pepperoni pizza and truffle pizza. The first two were very delicious. The brie-truffle pizza was simply alright. But lets talk about that homemade giant cinnamon roll though …. I’d drive all the way there to satisfy that craving any day!The cappuccino was good too. First time in LA I found a decent capp, I usually order cappuccinos and end up with lattés !The location is perfect, overlooking the water. Would absolutely recommend.“
“The service was super fast they took us, a party of 3, in immediately. The food was delicious best of any Denny's I have had. The only thing better than the food was our server Jose R. He was supper attentive, my cup was always full and honestly super nice!I will be definitely be returning to this Denny's whenever I have a chance“
“Incredible facility & excellent service. I visited just to look around & spectate, then ended up having a delicious burger for lunch at the Restaurant 917. Our host Jesus even seated us at the window without a reservation. I'll definitely be back here, what a wonderful experience.“
“Decent atmosphere, kinda dark and fairly loud. Food was over all good. The meatballs were good, but nothing crazy. The ricotta wip was a good addition to them and the bread was good and crispy. The mushrooms lasagna was absolutely over powered by the balsamic and wayyyy too sweet. The egg pizza was delicious from the dough to the toppings. The desserts however were best described by my friend as grocery store desserts. Tiramisu was ok, missing half a layer... Strawberry shortcake a hard pass. Neither worth it imo.“
“I'm looking forward to my next stop at MB Post. I had a reservation for 3 at 7:15 on a Saturday night. We arrived a little early, checked in and waited at the bar for our table. The bar was crowded and the staff busy but our drink order was taken quickly. Cocktails were delicious, #Blessed will be my go-to here. It took a bit longer to get our drinks than we had anticipated. We waited for our table about 20 minutes beyond the time of our reservation and we had to circle back to the host to inquire how much longer before we would be seated. Our table was in the corner next to the kitchen and a service nook, loud and busy; next time I'll make a note to request a table away from the kitchen. It's a boisterous restaurant and the corner amplified the energy. We ordered the carrots, gnocchi, green beans and biscuits---all were incredibly delicious with the green beans being our favorite. Our server was prompt, courteous, food arrived without a long delay. We enjoyed Lola cab sauv with dinner. I gave the 4 stars for the service at the bar our need to check on our table. Overall a great experience and I will certainly be back.“
“I had a great experience eating at good stuff. Staffs are friendly and fast service. Antonio was my server, he did a great job. He is friendly as well. Food is delicious and place is clean too.Parking: I parked in the street. No problem looking for parking in the morning.“
“Solid neighborhood seafood-focused pub-style restaurant. Island style, Tommy Bahamas vibe decor, lots of TVs, but not intrusive. Table and booth seating and lots of bar seats. We have been for early dinner twice and do not miss their happy hour or Taco Tuesday! Great prices on apps and drinks. We love the Coconut Shrimp and Chipotle Calamari.“
“Me and my family went here and the food was splendid. Our server, Gus, was charming and very kind. He made our experience so nice. I highly recommend to any people wanting to try amazing breakfast cuisine with a great environment and energetic staff.“
“This place is the best. Owners are from east coast with beach style. attention to service with a laid back beach vibe. Food is amazing. Atmosphere is amazing. And by far our favorite dinner and drinks place in hermosa.Parking: It’s a beach town. Figure it out to come here.“
“If you’re looking to dine somewhere that genuinely takes pride in the care of their customers for an unforgettable full package dining experience where you feel catered to in the highest regard & leave feeling truly satisfied & in pure bliss with a lasting impression, Mar’sel is THE place for you!Karla has been an absolute standout & gem at Mar’sel. Her attention to detail is off the charts which sets her apart. She represents this restaurant extremely well with being so accommodating, outgoing yet highly professional, & in a league of her own. It’s all of the little things & she constantly delivers outstanding service. Her timing is always spot on & she goes the extra mile to ensure it’s an enjoyable experience start to finish without missing a beat.No other restaurant has the same level of consistency with their ENTIRE staff being top notch from their kind & professional managers, knowledgeable bartenders, friendly hosts, exceptional team of servers, attentive server assistants & runners, & everyone doing their part, including the helpful kitchen staff & incredible chefs behind the scenes making such beautiful & delectable meals for a memorable dining experience!Although yes, sometimes the portions lean more on the smaller side with a higher price point, the food itself is always very fresh & the chef specials are frequent enough to always make the menu feel new & exciting which also gets swapped out to accommodate what is best seasonally! The view is obviously spectacular & stuns in any weather, you can taste the passion these chefs have in the cuisine prepared alongside a dynamite cocktail menu, the ambience is superb both in their outdoor & indoor section,, but really it’s the dedication of the Mar’sel team that makes this restaurant the best of the best in LA.Thank you Alex, Ben, Bryan, Cenobio, Chris, Desiree, Diego, Erica, Felix, Jade, Karla, Kiké, Horacio, Ishtvan, Istvan, Jeffrey, Jesus, Maxwell, Shannon, Sang, Steven, Terry, Wes, Chef Antonio, Chef Blais, Chef Fabio, Chef Julia, Chef Justin, Chef Nallely, & the countless others of the Mar’sel team for always making Mar’sel such an above & beyond, special, & welcoming dining experience! Every single person is immensely appreciated!!!“
“The three of us shared the brussels sprout salad, which was absolutely delicious the lobster lollipop appetizer the robins Island steak, the scallop, potatoes, country bread, and for dessert we decided to top it off with the milk chocolate crème brûlée service was great as was the presentation. Nice wine list, I'll be back again and may order the same thing!“
“Being Easter Sunday, we expected it to be a little slower over all, but we just had an amazing breakfast! Sharon was our waitress and she was absolutely spectacular. She provided quick and attentive service we had a bit of trouble deciding what we wanted but Sharon was very helpful giving us various options to allow us to choose exactly what we wanted. I am pregnant so waiting for food sometimes can be a little hard, but the food came out very quick. She got a tad held up at the end but the staff was very observant and stepped in quickly. We had such a wonderful experience overall.“
“My partner and I came in for breakfast. We had the Quiche and the American Breakfast. The quiche was very good but the fries it came with were not. The bacon that came with the American breakfast had good flavor but was overcooked. We also shared a pancake, we did like the pancake but felt it was a little undercooked. Overall a nice experience, but we expected more from the food. We might try again for other dishes.“
“I love Nick's Manhattan Beach. Great staff, wonderful atmosphere, and close to everything. However, I wish they had a few more vegan friendly options. It would make it a place I'd frequent more often.. As so many places near by do not have vegan options.“
“Excellent breakfast and great coffee/au lait. A HUGE menu with even more options/specials posted around the space. Blueberry bacon pancakes were exactly my style. If you love the fruit, bacon, pancakes, egg yolks and syrup all in the same bite - this is the dish for you!“
“I knew it was going to be fire from the crumb of smoked fried chicken breading I had from my bf's plate. I had to take a moment to prepare myself. The fried chicken was so expertly seasoned and crispy. I got the 3 meat combo, pretty reasonably priced for the amount of meat I got. The sauce is awesome and the meat is juicy and tender. I had to take my nose ring off cause I was so serious about this BBQ. Cornbread is so soft and fluffy and tastes like something your grandma made. The writing on the bricks from people all over were not lying. Nice people behind the counter and great vibe. Best food I've had in El Segundo.“
“Very large eatery near the beach that offers a healthy choice of food to choose . I wasn’t please that when we walked in the Thin Body Waitress did not look our way or even acknowledge us so we just sat down at a table and flag down the other Short Body Lady who gladly assisted us. Other than that the Food is always good at this location & Long Beach where I go 99% of the time.“
“An old fashioned diner without the old fashioned prices and greasiness but you get what you pay for here at Nordstrom Bazille and that includes quality service and well executed dishes that satisfy those old fashioned cravings like the Tomato Basil Soup, Turkey/Bacon/Avocado Club and Fried Chicken Sandwich.......Yum!!'“
“Pure perfection. The hostess and server (Elias) were fantastic by their own accord but then the food came! My husband had the crab cake Benedict and I had the seard ahi salad. We agreed both meals were the best we've had in as long as we can remember. We were just grabbing a bite before our flight ending a 2 week vacation. What a delightful surprise!! Thank you.“
“I had the trout dish, spinach and mash potatoes. I would've given it five stars, but the flavor was a bit unseasoned. However, it was perfectly cooked and fresh. I would of course return and try more things! My mentor had the French toast dish, we came here on her mention and it was wonderful. We saw outside and could see the ocean from our view - the overall ambience was incredible. I seen a sign saying that it was open all night and I think that is really awesome! I can't wait to return. (:“
“First time here an was not disappointed at all. From the staff to the owners coming to check on our table from food, drinks an conversations. Now let's get to the food, AMAZINGLY EXCELLENT PRESENTATION Tto the EXCELLENT TASTE. Thank you for a great evening an OUTSTANDING FOOD AN SERVICE. We will be back, if you haven't been here you need to. Trust me you'll be amazed an will be coming back. See y'all next time“
“Good food. Good menu. Brought a couple friends, we had the Greek omelette, the guacamole omelette, and a breakfast burrito. All great. Biscuits were great but my burrito friend ate half of them. Potatoes are the russet variety, nit my thing, but, they cooked them properly. Service was good and friendly. Enjoyed the vibe and the decor. We took a moment after lunch to peruse the 1940s era posters and newspapers on the walls. Interesting. We will be back again“
“I've lived in Torrance for 30 years and made the mistake of not coming in sooner...As you walk in you are greeted by mama bear (Jeanette) she is Amazing.. like having breakfast with your family. There is a sweetness to their pancakes I've never tasted before. Also I couldn't find anything I didn't like about the breakfast. This is sure to be my new Saturday breakfast spot forever! Even though the food is great.. you'll come back just to talk to Mama bear. I highly recommend this place ?“
“The waitresses were super nice and friendly. There was a little bit of a wait, but it wasn’t very long. I am a pescatarian and I did not realize the clam chowder has bacon in it. So watch out pescatarians. The shrimp and cocktail sauce is amazing though.“
“My daughters (4-7) were spellbound by the “inside / outside at the same time” space. And I absolutely loved the plant filled atmosphere. Food was above average too! The one hiccup was that we ordered a flavoured coffee flight & they were all iced! Wife said she knew, but I didn’t catch that they weren’t hot coffee. So people really like cold coffee?? (Wife loved them. I know I’m the weird one.)“
“Came here with a group of friends after a morning hike. Loved the amotsphere and Jose and his wife were so welcoming! The food was incredible and comforting. It felt like home.Definitely have to get the specials here! Our group got the chilaquiles, tamale omelette and the nopales omelette! Every dish was jam packed with flavor. My favorite was definitely the nopales (cactus) omelette.Lovely couple serving some delicious foods! So if you're in the San Pedro area, make sure to Come through and check out their food!Food: 8.5/10Service: 10/10Ambiance:9/10“
“Danny's menu used to be better. Especially for breakfast. Not many choices. Used to have corn beef hash, but nowadays, no more.Service wise around the tables is average ( will come by when needed ) but they wuld prefer @ least 18% tip. Really? When they don't even come by to really check with u if everything is ok. Or even a short chit chatParking: AvailableKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I ordered the Pastrami Sandwich to go. The Pastrami Sandwich was amazing, tender and not really fatty, thinly sliced and so juicy. The sandwich came with a generous portion of potato salad that has a sweet mustard taste that is light and not too heavy. A pickle completes the meal that has a nice crunch. I really enjoyed my lunch here and will be coming back again.“
“Great seafood, reasonably priced. The Fish and chips plate is hands down the best fish and chips. Their salmon is always so good, they have a good number of seasonings they can throw on there for you. The catfish is really good, there's better out there but is still real good. All around, suck a good spot if you're looking for some good seafood.“
“After church, the family decided to go out and grab a bite to eat. We checked out a local spot in Carson and it was a pleasant surprise. I've drove pas this restaurant for years and never went in until now. The staff is very friendly, attentive and give quality service. The food was delicious. I went with the shrimp & grits with a voodoo ranger beer on the side. Now that I know this spot exists, I will definitely be back for more.“
“It's a Denny's, but it's well kept and they play pretty decent music on the speakers. Our server Maria was amazing, we had a steady stream of fresh coffee and the food was piping hot when it came out. It's classic American Diner Breakfast fare, but for $6.99 for a full breakfast what's not to love. Great spot and we will be back again to have breakfast with Grandpa.“
“Short: Charming café with down to earth people, no frills menu. Staff is friendly & the environment is calming. Dog friendly patio. Long: Parking is abundant in the marina lot. Exterior vibe is boaty lol as the café is tucked away between the Wilmington Marina & surrounded by boats. There are booths & a counter inside but why would you sit inside if the outside is refreshing? Lol There is usually a pup or two on the patio that is generally calm. There are occasions the pups go a little nuts over the birds or ducks around. Lol Yes, there is a small menu for dogs. Staff is friendly, professional, & efficient. Food is simple but good. A couple surprises: the French toast & the menudo. Both are delicious! WC: Key required, separate facilities for ladies & gents.“
“Me and my family had an amazing experience. Food was amazing and the service was even better our server Brianna made sure we got our food and drinks right away . She constantly asked if we needed anything and her energy was amazing ! I will definitely be coming back .“
“The food here is really great, and they have a good selection of Wine, Beer, and Cider. The burgers are really good and a nice variety. I love getting the chips instead of the fries, trust me on this they are sooo good. The patio is so nice because you can sit outside and enjoy yourselves, and there's lots of space so it's a great place for groups. Parking is also easy in Downtown El Segundo, and the service here has always been top notch and very friendly,in true El Segundo fashion!“
“Always consistently good food. Had the salmon and salad with brussel sprouts, and my friend had the grilled chicken sandwich. Seasoning was robust, but not too salty. Waitress was friendly, introduced herself, and had no problem with request for two checks for the table.“
“My new favorite bar. The service was great, Spencer helped us feel taken care of and made sure we had everything necessary to have a good night. Food is exquisite with many options for those with allergies. Prices make sense for being right on the pier. We will be back for more. Thank you Malloys staff!“
“My partner and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and the buffalo cauliflower which were both very good!We originally stopped in for the margarita’s. We heard they have some of the best in the area. We ordered the original lime margarita and the mango. Both were served fast and both were 10/10. We sat at the bar and was served by a really nice bartender who recommended a few bars for us to hop around to on a Sunday night.Bathrooms were squeaky clean, the back patio was super cute for a nice summer night.“
“This location has gone under numerous names and owners over the years but this incarnation is the best so far. Great beer options, well stocked bar, and a very good kitchen are all available to the visitor. I came by for lunch and ordered the cheese steak sandwich. It was AMAZING. They use truffle cheese, great bread, and the whole thing was delicious. Small pickle slice and pickled veggie garnish was a great touch. Service is solid and the place was not very crowded at noontime. Lots of live music and other stuff going on at night too.“
“Great ambiance, food, and service. Love the live music, and the bartenders are engaging and attentive. Also doesn’t hurt that they’re hot ;)Highly recommend their Espresso Martini - best I’ve had in LA -and that’s saying something.Parking: Parking across the street at lot.“
“I'm so glad that there is a good restaurant like this near where I live. First of all, the food quality is good and the price is also good. Also, while eating the food, I felt how sincere the chef and owner are about the food. Other places often don't have fresh ingredients, but here all the ingredients are fresh and they don't skimp on the ingredients. It's close to home so I think I'll go often.“
“What are you thinking?? No more plum sauce for the sticky ribs??? Noooo. The sweet and spicy sauce is good and the umami fries are amazing. Service at the bar was spot on!! Been here several times, always great service. Bring back the plum sauce!!!“
“Ambiance: nice pub feel, way bigger than I expected. I opted to sit at the bar, which was cozy but not suffocating. Couple of tvs to catch the game on.Service: it was a group effort. I didn't consistently have one person, but they were all very kind. I could only get drink suggestions outta one person, but overall, I had no issue.Food: I had been craving a Buffalo chicken sandwich for a bit, so maybe my expectations were a bit high, but this sandwich just missed the mark. It kept falling apart. Wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't order it again. I am obsessed with their ranch and fries though, not sure if they make it in-house, but I am a fan!“
“I wanted something full of veggies after a good hike. I had the vegan scramble and added scrambled egg to it. The result was fantastic! Our server Marcos was super friendly and made our delightful experience even better. Would definitely recommend as a great place to go after an adventure in the PV area!“
