Ordered the Ultimate BMT. I noticed the preparer didn't follow the menu item and I ask for 2X provolone. so she checked the menu and added more cheese. I ask her not to charge me as it was on the menu. I also asked her not to put in tomatoes. She said the menu has tomatoes and if I didn't want them, she would charge me for the cheese. I had a highly disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff were stingy with their vegetable portions, leaving my sub far from satisfying. When I politely requested more veggies, I was met with rudeness and told, "This is not a salad!" They said if I wanted more veggies I needed to pay for a meat sandwich.
