This was my first time at this location and it is definitely my favorite now! I was immediately greeted by Cynthia who was very helpful with the menu. The girl Sophia who brought my food over offered to grab things for me like napkins and a container to go so I didn't have to move an inch! Besides the wonderful staff, the environment is welcoming and food is delicious. I will be back!“

“Stopped by the tattoo shop next door on Friday the 13th and was drawn in by the owners kindness and smoothie samples she offered as we waited. The sandwiches are absolutely amazing! “The burgers are good, chinese chicken salad, chicken caesar sandwich, breakfast burritos and southwest bbq chicken sandwich are all great depending on your taste. but my favorite is the chicken salad sandwich with bacon and red onions. Its my favorite by far and love all the flavors in it especially the swiss cheese they use. Its also a bug plus they deliver locally and dont take too long. would definitely recommend this place especially for delivery.“

“If there’s one place known for Vietnamese coffee, it’s this one. That sweet, creamy, ice-cold brew will keep you wired longer than any energy drink. It’s strong, but in the best way. Don’t even bother asking for less ice because the drink is meant to be diluted. Without it, the coffee is way too concentrated (even their bottled version at Costco says to mix it with ice or water!).

As for the food, their banh mi are always solid. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Prices have crept up over the years, but that’s pretty much everywhere now. Still worth the visit.“

While I dine in. I observed the woman being nice to the other customer which made me feel more uncomfortable because why did she not greet me like she did the Latino man. She practically ignored me and I spoke first. I believe customer service is not how you feel but when you come to work and represent a company you should fake it until you make it. I wanted to leave a TIP but it would of been split between the two of them and only one person deserved the tip and that's Brian. The tip I want to leave for Samantha is when a customer walks in even if your preoccupied, you should say "hello and I'll be with you in a moment or hello give me a moment I'll be right with you. “First time here & first time ever trying Ike’s….i gotta say guys, for what the location & food lacked, Darnell, the cashier made up for BIG TIME, what a great guy. Awesome attitude, very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & just an overall pleasure to interact with (something AI will never be able to accomplish) the place could use better seating & the prices are…well pricey AFFF but it is a damn good sandwich for sure, but damn $4.65 for a bottle of root beer? That’s wild. Again, Darnell made it all much easier to hand over $21 for a sandwich & soda with his awesome attitude.
