Love, love, love this place. Real old school and the sandwiches are enormous. You feel like you have been transformed to New York. Definitely filling and delicious. The meats are top-notch and the side of potato salad is also to die for. They also do macaroni salad and of course, every plate gets a giant pickle. First time at the New York Deli. We wanted a great corned beef sandwich and were headed toward Torrance to visit the Shaver Shop to pickup hairdresser shears we had sharpened there. We arrive at the Deli and the exterior wasn't bad but didn't have a great curb appeal. We decided to give it a try. Excellent young man seated us and brought us our drinks. I'll give him a three because they're really high for an average sandwich. It has your basic bread varieties but not the type you really love same with the sides and condiments. But if you read lover you'll definitely enjoy it and really think you get in your money's worth. Overall it's a nice establishment decent ambiance in customer service.
