Redbo (Palos Verdes) is an absolute gem that completely elevates the local dining scene. If you are anywhere near PV, this spot is an absolute must-visit.

This place is inside an ice skating rink, a former Ruby's dinner, has great food, great pho, very courteous staff. I would rate the Vietnamese food at Redbo as one of the best in the area, close to Nam, another great place a few miles away.
