“Server explained food options then proceeded to ring me out at register and mistakened my $50.00 bill for a $20.00 bill. I had to wait longer for her to correct the register . I hand over to her a $20.00 bill to finish my order and correct changes. She admitted she had mistakenly rung the transaction of funds incorrectly. She thought gave her a $20.00 bill and had to correct the register.“

“This poke is a class above all of the other shops, even in Hawaii. I think what makes them stand out is their sauces - every poke shop these days has good fresh tuna, but the flavors on this are just so good. The cucumbers are also a favorite of ours.“

“Last week I was traveling through LA on my way to Santa Barbara. I had some time to kill so I looked up Poke. Came across this amazing place! I am admittedly new to Poke. The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite. “Definitely the place to be on Sunday fun day! If you miss home in Hawaii, you'll feel like you are home not just because of the ono food but the incredibly courteous and caring staff. I drove up from Orange County and, the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an ALOHA and watched the place get packed. It was a perfect place to meet up with friends! Spam & eggs with rice for breakfast hit the spot. Malasadas are fresh and warm! Then they added live musicians playing Hawaiian music and I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend and plan to return again!“

“Food is great. Its a little whole in the wall. Interior is average, bit the food is delicious. Katsu and beef combo great. Dumplings great. The Teri beef at other places can be kind of fatty, it was lean and clean. The appearance of the restraunt does not do the food justice. Its our new go to in Torrance, beats our old favorite Island Hut. Sauces including chicken salad dressing are great. Not fancy just good. Grab some and head to the beach.“

“Cherrystones catered my brother's celebration of life memorial last Sunday at the Toyota Meeting Hall in Torrance. We were about 120 people. The food and presentation was excellent. We opted for the Kalua Pork and the Teriyaki chicken, both delicious. Loved the broccoli salad and Mac salad. Our guests raved about the food. Cherrystones catered my dad's memorial in 2016 and the food was excellent then. I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed a catering service. Thank you Cherrystones for doing my brother proud.“

“The menu is small but very focused. It became very apparent why because as we eating da Ono grindz, we saw how busy you got. By the time we were all pau, everyone was served! You probably have to keep the menu small because it’s productive! But what you guys make…. Cheeeeee! Broke da mouth! The customer service just put the whole experience over the top! We even got a Bad Mada Faka shirt (along with the free musubi)!“

“There’s certain l&l’s that are great out of all the ones I’ve been to this one is third in my book.
The only thing I eat all the time is chicken katsu curry so that’s what I base my review on.
I got the regular size and as always it was a lot of food enough for two people or two meals.

The meat is medium to low quality, but it’s well seasoned and cooked properly.
The chicken was the highlight: juicy and full of flavor 👌

“My first time here because I just so happened to be in the area. I had the brisket & tendon phó. It was delicious. It had so much tendon and I loved it. Great flavor and freshness. I read some of the reviews that were negative. My experience was nothing but positive. I like to eat at mom and pop restaurants. The service was polite and attentive. Give this establishment a try.
