It’s the best sushi in San Pedro hands down. If you want a night of culinary adventure sit back and let Yoshi guide you through one. I’m a man who appreciates variety, so you can’t go wrong when everything on the menu is outstanding. I don’t know what else to say except that I’ll be there tonight. Good fresh seafood. Authentic feel and the entire staff are friendly. It's our go to for sushi
Stopped into this local gem on a Thursday night and so glad we did. The fish was fresh, scallops were a highlight - buttery soft melt in your mouth, and the miso black cod. Service was attentive (so much so our server ran after us to our car because we left a mostly drank bottle of sake on the table) and the whole experience was 10/10. Great local spot with fresh fish and delicious food. We will be back.

Based on reviews, Tashiro Restaurant offers traditional, authentic sushi and Japanese dishes. The food is very good, with excellent, fresh sushi presented beautifully. The fish is very tasty and fresh. Delicious calamari, a plentiful nigiri/sashimi selection, and salmon collar are great choices. The service is sharp, attentive, and outstanding. The atmosphere is humble but relaxed and comfortable, with relaxing music. It is not loud, so guests can talk and relax. There can be a little wait on a Friday evening, but it is worth it. Price, value, service, and portions are top notch. It is a small business worth supporting.
