“Great Starbucks with the best employees. My sister accidently spilled her drink and the workers not only prepared her a second drink they also showed her kindness when she was feeling self-conscious for spilling. The employees treated this like it was business as usual but did it with a smile. My ice coffee was the best.“

“Go there early morning Monday thru Friday. I can stop at plenty of others but choose this Starbucks. Everyone working there are the sweetest ever always willing to answer questions and greet me like I am not just another customer. I have never gotten a bad coffee or food. “I love this location...Ruby, George, Alexis, Jason are all amazing. Alex is not. I dread coming and having Alex as my drive thru person. I am spending minimum $15 each visit. I almost stopped coming to this location because of the negativity that Alex gives towards me. “Cool place to hang and people watch. Baristas are always happy and cool. I got an arnold palmer here although it is not necessarily a menu item but as long as Starbucks has what you want they will make it for you. I like sitting outside when I can get an open chair. Most of the time it's busy but there are pockets when the crowd is not in yet.“

Starbucks provided a genuinely positive experience for my family overall. The staff were friendly, professional, and the service itself was excellent. The environment inside felt calm and welcoming, and everything we ordered was prepared well.
However, there was something happening around the location that was difficult to witness. There were unhoused individuals living in vehicles nearby who did not appear to have access to restroom facilities, and unfortunately it resulted in people having to relieve themselves outside instead of in a safe and sanitary environment.
I understand businesses have policies and safety concerns, and I’m not placing blame solely on this Starbucks location, but it was still something that impacted the overall atmosphere and experience for me personally.
Outside of that, the staff and service themselves were wonderful, and we appreciated the kindness we personally received during our visit.

One thing I do want to clarify is that my concern is not with unhoused people themselves. Everyone deserves dignity, compassion, and access to basic human necessities. What personally bothered me was the policy or atmosphere around restroom access requiring purchases, because when people have nowhere else to safely go, situations can happen outside that are difficult for everyone involved.
I understand businesses have policies and safety concerns, but I believe there has to be a more compassionate balance when it comes to access to basic facilities.
Outside of that concern, the employees themselves were kind and welcoming during our visit, and we appreciated the positive service we personally received.“

“I ordered the same latte I’ve ordered for years and it just didn’t taste right, so they remade it a 3rd time & it tasted the same. I guess it’s because they use a different kind of oat milk from all the other Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from, which I don’t understand.
So, didn’t enjoy my coffee but I wasn’t going to have them remake it a 4th time.
The oatmeal was great & the customer service was better.“

“I don't get Starbucks very often, but this has now become my favorite one in the area. Unlike the Starbucks on Signal Hill, just up the street, there's plenty of parking at this one and its more spacious inside. Also has a conference room.

I mobile order my drinks and they are ready when I get there. Placed on the counter. This Starbucks has not gotten as crazy as the Starbucks downtown across from the courthouse, where your drink will literally get stolen off the counter if you don't have a watchful eye.

I order the same old drink--extra hot venti latte with 5 pumps of brown sugar syrup. Comes out perfect every time. 👌“

“Shai, Xander , Bertha are truly amazing at there job and customer service skills they are clean and fast and will always make your drink to perfection the line is always short which is a plus if your on the move in the morning, I go out of my way to come to.this specific Starbucks ❤️“

“What great customer service! The team was helpful, friendly, and fast. I truly wish every Starbucks was like this. This location seems to be appropriately staffed to handle busy mornings as drinks and food were ready within minutes even with a line! Obviously the food and drink is the same as every Starbucks but definitely worth it to come to this one because of how friendly the team is here!!“

“I’ve seen this location go through several changes and putting nice chairs and tables back is way more inviting. The employees I have interacted with have been great . I think the drive up orders may have affected them somewhat and was Greatful to see them create atmosphere for coffee drinkers. 😃. Maybe just maybe they could address that with one person does those call in orders specifically while others do customers walking in. Havin a lil comfort to lounge not loiter I think would perpetuate more sales.
There is a slight flow of homeless etc but they seem to handle thar well. I quess the bathroom can be cleaned and keep homeless from going in there but seems they do manage and actually it was improving as of recent . Sometimes they run out of food offers near closing time but I think that’s to be expected in managing keeping it all fresh daily . I’ve always been pretty happy. The new addition of comfortable chairs etc was very nice ! I would think it takes a min to have customers realize the new changes that are good. Was disappointed to see it closed. ( been there a long time). Hoping for the best!“
