“Great Starbucks with the best employees. My sister accidently spilled her drink and the workers not only prepared her a second drink they also showed her kindness when she was feeling self-conscious for spilling. The employees treated this like it was business as usual but did it with a smile. My ice coffee was the best.“

“Was welcomed in by everyone.. it does make a difference really! Kinda makes you feel like coming back because they literally acknowledged that youve entered the building..its like a flashback moment from the sitcom cheers.. haha..anywho, coffee was made with perfection 👌 the music was a nice change.. the store was clean overall.. bathrooms etc. id maybe offer one easy to miss suggestion.. the customer side keypads; should probably be wiped down.. ;). i can see the many layered fingertips from this angle... take care and make it a great day everyone!!“

“I went to this location of Starbucks to get a mocha frappe on my way to an appointment and it was great. The place was super clean, the staff was kind and welcoming. It was quite busy. If you have a long day planned and need a little energy, take a stop at this location and get yourself a beverage. They have sitting options for indoor an outdoor and the WiFi is complimentary. “I visit this Starbucks early in the morning right after opening, and every time I'm greeted with warm, friendly smiles as soon as I walk in. The food and drinks are consistent with any other Starbucks location, but what truly sets this store apart is the amazing service. The staff here go above and beyond to make every visit feel welcoming.“

“I love this location...Ruby, George, Alexis, Jason are all amazing. Alex is not. I dread coming and having Alex as my drive thru person. I am spending minimum $15 each visit. I almost stopped coming to this location because of the negativity that Alex gives towards me. Im heading to work each morning and do not need that vibe from Alex...but the rest of the staff...AMAZING.“

“Go there early morning Monday thru Friday. I can stop at plenty of others but choose this Starbucks. Everyone working there are the sweetest ever always willing to answer questions and greet me like I am not just another customer. I have never gotten a bad coffee or food. “Cool place to hang and people watch. Baristas are always happy and cool. I got an arnold palmer here although it is not necessarily a menu item but as long as Starbucks has what you want they will make it for you. I like sitting outside when I can get an open chair. Most of the time it's busy but there are pockets when the crowd is not in yet.“

“The people at this Starbucks are seriously the nicest! I ordered the wrong thing twice expecting something different and they re-made it for me twice and were so sweet about it. “I really love Starbucks and the employees most times but sometimes there's some tension in the air with the races and I hate that because I love a melting pot which means all races coming together and trying to coexist with each other because it's definitely the only way that the world is going to be a better place!“

“I came to this location with my friend at around 8:20 pm and a man and woman with green/blue hair served us, and both of them were super sweet, they were kind considerate and so extremely friendly !! Their attitude made getting our drink easy and enjoyable hope they both had a lovely night 😊“

“My barista today Vanessa she was super kind and I just felt like she was very passionate about her job and she was very speedy quick with it and she was very kind. “I really like this Starbucks: it’s clean, cozy, tasty drinks and fair prices. The best part is it’s always cool inside, the AC works great, and there’s a restroom. That’s why most people come here — to chill, use the restroom, and grab a nice drink.“

“I don't get Starbucks very often, but this has now become my favorite one in the area. Unlike the Starbucks on Signal Hill, just up the street, there's plenty of parking at this one and its more spacious inside. Also has a conference room.

I mobile order my drinks and they are ready when I get there. Placed on the counter. This Starbucks has not gotten as crazy as the Starbucks downtown across from the courthouse, where your drink will literally get stolen off the counter if you don't have a watchful eye.

I order the same old drink--extra hot venti latte with 5 pumps of brown sugar syrup. Comes out perfect every time. 👌“

“Shai, Xander , Bertha are truly amazing at there job and customer service skills they are clean and fast and will always make your drink to perfection the line is always short which is a plus if your on the move in the morning, I go out of my way to come to.this specific Starbucks ❤️“

“I ordered the same latte I’ve ordered for years and it just didn’t taste right, so they remade it a 3rd time & it tasted the same. I guess it’s because they use a different kind of oat milk from all the other Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from, which I don’t understand.
So, didn’t enjoy my coffee but I wasn’t going to have them remake it a 4th time.
The oatmeal was great & the customer service was better.“

“Came here 3 days-in-a-row. The first visit, my mobile order was ready lightning-quick. The next 2, there was a bit of a wait, though credit where is due: when you walk in all of the baristas are working hard, it is impressive. So the only caveat is that you might have a 15-20 minute wait after placing your mobile order, but the order comes out correct!“

“I’ve seen this location go through several changes and putting nice chairs and tables back is way more inviting. The employees I have interacted with have been great . I think the drive up orders may have affected them somewhat and was Greatful to see them create atmosphere for coffee drinkers. 😃. Maybe just maybe they could address that with one person does those call in orders specifically while others do customers walking in. Havin a lil comfort to lounge not loiter I think would perpetuate more sales.
There is a slight flow of homeless etc but they seem to handle thar well. I quess the bathroom can be cleaned and keep homeless from going in there but seems they do manage and actually it was improving as of recent . Sometimes they run out of food offers near closing time but I think that’s to be expected in managing keeping it all fresh daily . I’ve always been pretty happy. The new addition of comfortable chairs etc was very nice ! I would think it takes a min to have customers realize the new changes that are good. Was disappointed to see it closed. ( been there a long time). Hoping for the best!“

"popping BOBA" to try was very nice of him. But not a fan of it .. too SOUR for my taste. But overall nice upgrade for the store. I got the new drink* Mocha Cookie Frap & my big boy got the Mango Dragon refresher“
