Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a mix of experiences. The drive-thru can be fantastic, with orders coming out exactly right, but it can also be very, very slow, even taking a whole 30-minute lunch break. The employees are often sweet, nice, and show great customer service, with one cashier even paying for a customer's order. The drinks, like the peppermint mocha, are amazing, sweet, chocolately, and perfectly balanced with caffeine that is not burnt. The store offers beautiful comfortable indoor seating, a private room for studying, and plenty of charger ports. However, customers should be aware that Starbucks is no longer supplying stoppers for hot beverages, which can cause hot coffee to splash and burn hands. Despite this, the atmosphere is moderate and friendly, making it a number 1 recommended spot.
