I really hate to have to leave a bad comment for this location, but today the service was horrible. They gave me a cold sandwich and the lady who took my coffee order was very rude. It felt very annoyed that I even asked her to take my coffee order do better Starbucks.

I ordered a traveler coffee and they told me it going to take about 20 minutes because they didn't have enough people I don't know how many people takes to make a 96 OZ of coffee when there wasn't so many cars or people to serve. I think they need more than 6 people to make 96 OZ of coffee. We will take my business somewhere else.the cashier sherlin was rude she like to talk more than work.

The Starbucks near my work has such outstanding customer service that I giving another location low stars. But this location is near where I live and after a year, it's pretty clear they just don't have the same commitment to customer service. Today, I decided I needed to post a review. I got 2 Ventis, a dark roast with cream and an Earl Grey tea. Typically, when I get hot, it's always double cupped because it's blazing hot. Today, not only was it not double cupped, but the tea bag tags were outside the cup. So I burnt my fingers trying to put the cup in my cup holder and once in the car's cupholder it proceeded to drip and drip and drip from the tea bag tags. The dark roast did not have the lid on correctly so when my husband went to pick it up from the cupholder the lid flew off and coffee spilled all in the cupholder and on the cup of tea. Now, my car has to cleaned because these workers just don't care enough to do their jobs right. The sad thing is that the location near my work is so epically on it that it makes this Willow St location look even more bad. The fact that there are locations where the staff know how to do their jobs only makes the locations where the staff don't care seem extra bad, uncaring and lazy. Management needs to work on this I guess.

Our Rotary Club meets at the conference room every Thursday morning. It's recently renovated, and there is plenty of natural light. Watching the gorgeous sunrise through the floor-to-ceiling windows is a treat before the meeting. Non-profit organizations can reserve the conference room (max capacity is 15) for free. The staff is always friendly and my orders are prepared efficiently and hot. This location opens at 5:00 am on most weekdays.
