Carl's Jr. has polite and friendly people working there. The atmosphere is relaxing and the restaurant is super clean. The staff is helpful and provides great service. They serve meals like the el Diablo double cheeseburger and the California classic double cheeseburger, which are really good. The restaurant has great quality, high-quality standardized service, and a great staff. However, some customers have had issues with the drive-thru, receiving warm food and missing items in their orders. Despite this, the restaurant remains kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with excellent service and friendliness.
