Alicia and staff the crew on 11/16/23 ? Customer service was perfect. I had multiple orders for me and my Coworkers. Even with 3 cars in the drive-thru...she was respectful didn't rush me and put the receipts in the bags of all the orders. All 4 of my orders were correct. Food was good also thanks to the cook.
I came here through drive-thru as I was craving the hand breaded chicken sandwich. The girl on drive through took my order quick and quickly gave me the food I loved the quick service provided by this location. My order was right and they provided quick service even the food itself was fresh and it was the best hand breaded chicken I’ve had compared to any other Carl’s Jr location, will come again.

I ordered two combos, one with a regular fry and the other was waffle. I take it home just to find out there’s no waffle fries so I drive back to tell them they forgot my fries and the guy starts yelling at me saying he put the fries in there and started calling me a liar and starts laughing and tells me that I’m trying to get free fries. Like no dude, I just want what I ordered.
