“11/21/25: Swung through the drive-thru for my usual Medicine Ball, and let me tell you—Justin absolutely MADE my day. His energy was off the charts, his tone said “I actually love my job,” and the kicker? He addressed me by name twice.
I know it sounds small, but sometimes the small things hit the hardest. Justin, keep being you… you freaking ROCK.
And shout-out to the rest of the crew at this SB—y’all were fabulous too. But Justin? His energy touched my soul.“

The barista asked me what specific kind of bean I preferred. Never in the history of Starbucks has anyone asked me that. The coffee was bomb. I'll be back again and again. I hope this experience is on repeat every time. ☕“
“This is only one of three in Petaluma that has socially separated outdoor seating and open restrooms. And this one has the drive thru so it is tops as far as Starbucks go. I really cannot believe those that have closed their restrooms and their outdoor seating. Regressive as far as I am concerned.And needless to say we do not go to those anymore.“
“I only ever go here on the way to work and it’s fine but what’s up with asking for my name in the drive thru? Never experienced this before. It’s hella awkward, seems totally pointless for drive thru, and they (understandably) get my name wrong all the time. It’s Jeff. Today I guess they heard “Ken” and I didn’t want to correct them and add more awkwardness to an already awkward interaction. Y’all don’t need to know my name. Never have I ever experienced this in a drive thru anywhere else on earth. Please stop.“
“Cute spot with a little street view outdoor patio. Friendly barista but a busy location with call in orders and drive through. Parking in the back. Next to Chick-fil-A so a little hidden. My gps tries to take me to one further away and this one didn’t show up easily. I found it by driving by at random.“
“This Starbucks was awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service is wonderful and the baristas are on point.
Ordered a tall Café Americano and was given the option to get it in a regular coffee mug (because I was eating there) instead a paper cup. Loved it ! The trenta black tea with peach juice for my husband was made perfectly also. Not too sweet and nicely iced.
Highly recommend a stop here if you're in the area.“
