“I feel like they sometimes forget about the mobile orders. I ordered at 1:16pm and didn’t get my drink until almost 1:40. I eventually asked if my drink was ready since everyone around me kept getting their drinks, no lines etc. she checked the counter and pulled out a sticker and said its in line. It’s a weekend and busy so I took that into consideration but the Starbucks eventually empty out and still no drink. I thought ordering from the app puts you in line but it definitely took longer. I also hate feeling like I’m rushing someone by asking for my order but I feel like if I didn’t say something I would probably be there for much longer“

“Love all the staff here very nice and make the drinks great and very quick. My absolute favorite part about this Starbucks is my friend with glasses and blonde hair, he is so so so nice and knows my order before I even speak at the ordering screen, all I know is this man needs a promotion!“
“Starbucks is one of those places that there's something that someone always likes if you don't like a latte you can get a frappuccino if you don't like that there is the chocolate milk things or the teas not including extra shots more caramel and a whole lot more you could say have it your way of course that saying belongs to someone else we are a Starbucks family as long as there's one around we will be lifetime clients“
“I am not easily impressed at Starbucks. However, This morning, at 7:14 AM, we stopped by your Starbucks Coffee Store #50943 in Cerritos, CA. As I made my way up to the speaker, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful, welcoming, and professional voice that came across the speaker. After her welcome message ended she said her name Fantayshia, and asked for my order.As I approached the window, I asked the server if she had taken my order and in a very professional manner she responded by no, sir, I did not."While the window clerk/barista was getting my drinks, another young lady (I believe her name was Tiya" approached the window and offered us a sample of your promotional coffee. She stepped back and Valeria came forward and handed me my first drink. As she handed me the second drink, I squeezed the cup too hard and hot coffee spilled on the jacket that I was wearing. Valeria, sprung into action and asked "Are you ok, did you burn yourself?" I replied " no, it fell on my jacket and the side of my car" She reached over and handed me paper towels and offered a rag, just in case I needed it. Her quick action is very commendable. She knew what to do and the correct questions to ask to ensure my safety.A huge "Thank you Fantayshia, Valeria, and Tiya" for a superb service.“
