“The customer service and overall vibe of this location are the absolute best. The baristas seem to really work as a team and were welcoming to everyone who came through the door. One barista in particular, Tyler, went above and beyond and deserves special recognition.I frequently walk to the Starbucks near my house to work on my laptop, but yesterday for one reason or another I was unable to sit down at that location OR the next closest location. By the time I made it this location, I was exhausted, sunburnt, and annoyed. Tyler politely listened to me vent as he was taking my order, responded with empathy, and gave me a "Next one is on us" gift card to help make up for the experience! To top it off, he also gave me a Venti despite only charging me for a Grande. 10/10 fantastic service, made my day“
