“Stellar service at store 541! I went through the drive through and Sergio kept it real with great humor and a warm welcome. I usually get coffee but wanted something refreshing and he recommended a strawberry açaí lemonade. It tastes amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. Always appreciate my baristas and Sergio demonstrated why!“
“Early morning, perfect to get hot coffee. I opted to try out their pistachio latte. I'm normally a black coffee drinker but wanted to try something new. This latte, is a must try. It's good. Especially for this crazy socal weather we been having. Snow, rain, ice cold winds. Yes get this latte. It's so yummy“
“Customer service was not so great but has gotten much better. There was a girl here a year ago that was just horrible and rude but I think they got rid of her. Ever since they are much better and this is my go to Starbucks and there are 3 in this ameriage plaza. They make my drink perfect not too sweet or bland.“
“Today is my birthday and I came to get my free drink but it didn't show up in my app. My settings had it though and the barista Tristan still gave it to me! I thought that was super nice and he also had a lot of patience with us, overall he's a very good barista! I rate him a 20/10 :) He made my birthday very delightful.“
“My wife & I Went through the drive thru around 9:35pm last night and had an Amazing experience. We ordered a Venti Iced passion tango tea, Grande Nitro cold brew with an added espresso shot and a lightly toasted plain bagel. The drinks and bagel were TOTALLY PERFECT!!! Didn't get the barista's name @ the window, maybe Kay??but she is the Best!!! Extremely Nice and Friendly!!! We've been to so many Starbucks locations and the level of customer service is Horrible!!!So Thanks so much for your Awesome customer service!!! ??♥️“
“I've never been inside this shop, always just drive thru. but while I was there the couple of hours just on my laptop. I couldn't help but noticed the great atmosphere and customer service these employees give to each an everyone that walks thru that door. The good morning welcomes. To them acknowledging guest that have been waiting, ask for their name so they can let them know how much longer. Kudos to the employees and the well management. I'm a general manager myself and couldn't happen but noticed all the great stuff I saw and heard today.“
“I cannot believe there is 1 review in last year. This was great, free samples, friendly people R & R were a great duo. It wasn't that busy so the wait wasn't long but you know how sometimes when it isn't busy most places tend to act as busy as the crowd is? This wasn't the case. They were great and friendly and exceeded expectations“
“One of the Albertsons I frequently visit to shop & come here to easily grab and go to enjoy a Starbucks drink after my grocery store run.The associate here are really friendly and service is pretty good. I tend to order 1st and run and do my quick grocery shopping.Return and my drink is waiting for mee.I love when Albertson has their Friday Love offer which is any grande drink and a pastry for $ 6. It use to be $ 5 last year. That's such a great value/offer. Located right by the front entrance of the grocery store. They also carry a good amount of merchandise here for purchasing. Usually kept well clean and organize the SB Booth. Their new Dragon Drink w Vanilla Sweet Cold Foam is pretty good and highly recommended.Well I always tend to love all my drinks w Cold foam.“

“This is definitely my favorite Starbucks on campus. I can guarantee that my drink will be made right and in a timely manner when I come here. The customer service is DEFINITELY the best here on campus. Would recommend coming to this Starbucks.“
“They have reopened today, 1/29/24, after being closed for 3-4 weeks for remodeling. The store looks entirely different now and there is way less seating indoors. The counter area is enormous. A single bathroom. It looks very new. There are 5 small round tables inside and one larger square handicapped table. Lots of seating outside like before. I liked it before because there was a nice buzz of activity and now it seems more sterile. But nice to look at if you’re just coming in to grab coffee.“
