Starbucks in Fullerton

“I came in for a tea because it was cold and my bus was 15 minutes out.
I usually like to put ALL my condiments in my drink, but I didn't tell them --- so the tea bag, honey was put in for me -- but it was my fault!
I didn't realize until I asked for the honey and the lovely girl told me she put it in!
Then when I sat down to ENJOY it, I saw she had written that word on my cupwith an accompanying exclamation point . . . and EVERYTHING in the 🌎 was fine from that moment on!
Thanks for that lovely gesture, Lovely Young Lady!

“I need to start off by apologizing that although most of the staff here know my name, I don’t know all their names. The customer service here is great! The staff is professional, friendly, and always in good spirits. I am a regular customer at this location, so they know my drink order. Shout out to Ang, Victoria, Briana, and the rest of the staff. Sad to see these petty reviews on drink orders, those should not count against them. Keep up the good work!“

“the worker i didn’t get the name of went above and beyond for my coworker and i! (around 10:55 ish) we both were going to be late, so we had told them to just not make the order (totally on us, we were not good at timing). we had left and a few minutes later one of the baristas with black hair in a ponytail drops off our drinks at our work! thank you so much :) we are very grateful!!!“

“Love the look of this location! It's very easy to access, has more space than many in-store starbucks, and was very nice! It had an appropriate level of busy and had a good amount of staff who were all nice! It does take a minute to get your drink(s), but that's mainly because it's only a couple people, but it's a reasonable wait. (Plus, they seemed to be teaching someone so it probably took an extra moment because of that)“

“Music tends to be load not conducive to in person conversations or phone calls. Generally most every one I've seen there have there own headset for music. So it could be toned down to one third the volume currently set to. This provides a nice balance for conversations in person and phone calls.“

“Best coffee and Fraps Starbucks never disappoints I do like trying other coffee places but can't beat the free wifi but the app is difficult to earn rewards like before I was a gold star member many moons ago give more rewards and free coffee please“

“Out of all of the Starbucks on the CSUF campus, this one is the best for the shortest lines. While Pollack is packed and the TSU is too, this one has always remained pretty steady. It is also bigger than the others with more space inside and out for seating. Because of the bigger store, there is bigger staff, and therefore better service. Mihaylo is also a nicer place in my opinion to chill the the crowded tsu and pollack.“

“The Ladies and Christian, are always so welcoming every time I walk into Starbucks. They always ask how your day is going and carry on a conversation with you. My drinks always come out very quickly and taste amazing. It’s probably contributes to the extreme cleanliness of their work area and equipment.“

“A typical Starbucks with drive thru service. Food and coffee items taste and are served as you expect. The customer service in the morning is great. Even in the early hours many of the baristas are in happy welcoming moods. I was served by Katlyn today. Great representative for all the barristas there. I decided to dine in and was served with a nice mug and plate. The dining area is nice and has ample natural light. There is an outdoor area to sit as well.“

“This is my home away from home. Not only is the am staff always smiling, they greet me by name when I come. My morning barista besties! I know their names as well. I appreciate the service; they know how I like my coffee.They're friendly and human when I come in, not robots who don't smile and throw a cup at you (LA stores). I'm very appreciative of this particular Starbucks and I've been going there to do all of my work on the weekends for close to 8 years now. The previous manager Ang, and the new manager Joe! “This is a gorgeous Starbucks that is kept impeccably clean. They also have a 10 person meeting room that is reserved only for employee use. This particular build reinvented a Denny’s restaurant that was formerly at this location. It is spacious, and the service is friendly and prompt.“
