“This is my home-based Starbucks. Just around the corner from where I live and I am happy to say it is by far the best service I get at an Starbucks. The staff is super nice and friendly and they always get my orders correct. I have been to many Starbucks in my travels and the consistency is not always there, Which is disappointing. But I can always rely on this location to make my drinks correct every time. Also, recently I've gotten on board with a Starbucks app, and having the time delay feature for your order is so great. Now I can order my drinks up to an hour in advance of when I will be there. Show up, pick up and gone. So nice.“

“Very friendly crowd and I was really and grumpy. To be honest, they should've told me to keep it down when I was arguing with a bot regarding my cell phone service being switched from Verizon to Tru Mobile because of a salesperson my sister was dating came to my apartment and took a copy of my card number and switched service himself without asking. I didn't have service for 24 hours! For peats sake!!“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. The barista was outstanding. I had accidentally ordered my drink to a different location and was struggling to find it. When I walked in here and asked for help, the person at the counter kindly offered to remake the drink for me—and had it ready in just 5 minutes.

I was truly impressed by his kindness, and the drink was absolutely delicious. I was having a rough day, and this simple act completely turned it around. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but thank you so much—you’re amazing. I loved the drink!“

“Line went all the way back but still only took like 10 minutes. My cold brew press was....alright and expected. Overall, it's just like any Starbucks. There didn't seem any special disney drinks so don't go here if you don't normally go to starbs. There are actually a few fun specialty cups and souvenirs in here though“

“Starbucks used to be such a good chain, until they grew too much and exploded. Most locations have zero seating, discouraging studying or “coffee shop vibes”. This one has all the food and coffee options, which, for quick causal are fine and standard, but it actually has seating and great vibes. They have coffee table books, cute artwork, etc. happy nice staff even at 6am.“

“Is it just me or did Starbucks shrink the size of its Frappuccinos, at least the grande size that I purchased? It had been a year or two since I had been to Starbucks and I remember it being bigger. Well, at least the prize is still reasonable at $5.95 and the quality is still the same.“

“I had the cafe mocha which was really good.
And also the bacon, cheese and egg sandwich. The sandwich was awful. Just bland completely dry. Nothing good about it. For $6 it should have been a little bit better than Burger King.
They have no condiments other than Sriracha for your sandwiches. I would visit again only for the coffee.“

I rarely visit a Starbucks because I'd rather support small businesses rather than large corporations. Though if I'm gifted a gift card, then of course I'm going to use it lol.

This location recently renovated the indoor area. It's very modern and clean. They used to have indoor seating, but now this is solely just a quick grab-n-go location. Not even any merchandise sold. There is no drive thru either. It's located in a high foot traffic plaza with other popular supply chain restaurants. Finding a parking spot can be a hit or miss because it's always busy.

Starbucks service, in general, has gone downhill throughout the years. Each interaction I had used to be personable and the baristas actually had a genuine conversation with me. I was a regular until a handful of years ago. Every time I visited a Starbucks nowadays, the baristas couldn’t care less and it's very transactional. Not even a greet or a farewell.

THIS location is the exact opposite! I've been warmly greeted each time I entered. The baristas are knowledgeable about the menu items and willing to answer my questions (without getting annoyed). Throughput is quick & efficient. Each time they gave me my order, they always say a nice farewell. THIS is great customer service!“

“I don't drink coffee, but they have Chai tea, hot or cold. Then I spotted a sign that said, "Chai Latte." "Latte" is an Italian word that means milk. That's all, just milk. But Starbucks uses it to mean coffee and milk. How was I supposed to know they changed the meaning? I brought it back and the nice sales person changed it for an iced chai. Beware of foreign words that get changed into something else!“

“I don’t know which exact location I’m commenting on but Starbucks atmospheres they’re just OK. The service is definitely good but not over the top most of the time and is it a good place for dates I guess if that’s all you have to go to, but I wouldn’t say they don’t have anything except tables and chairs and it’s not like a date type atmosphere but I’ve met many dates here because that’s the only place to go casually nearby me that has seating the one in the Brookhurst shopping center took out all the seating so that one’s not good to go to for a date unless you wanna hang out in your car which is weird.“

“Twice in a row recent were my all time best tasting ever orders for strawberrys n' creme Frappuccino beverages. What was so much better, it is a mystery to me, they were a much more delicious than ever before favorite i am going to get one of now thinking of them its exciting to think a third could be possible.“

The staff are incredibly friendly and moving as fast as they can though. It’s still a good Starbucks experience, just takes a while sometimes.“
