I recently visited Starbucks Coffee Company and had a great experience enjoying their coffee and welcoming atmosphere. The store had a modern, comfortable, and inviting environment that made it a nice place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit.

The service was very slow and the music so loud it hurt my ears. I've noticed that's a trend across many Starbucks. Too many young kids in their 20s are management and don't seem to understand that it's supposed to be background atmosphere. Until 5 or 6 years ago, the music played at Starbucks stores was a bit eclectic,but not super upbeat, and definitely not so loud. It wouldn't be so bad if the volume was down 50%.
