I just spent a week in Anaheim and visited the store at 1131 W. Lincoln Avenue daily. Ricky and Joseph are two of the best at what they do that I have ever encountered. I manage a staff of twenty five employees and I would be thrilled if any one of them were as professional, warm and friendly as Ricky and Joseph. I hope you have a program in place that recognizes customer service that goes above and beyond.

Very cozy cafe style Starbucks. Lots of room to sit and read, study, work, etc. The drive thru is set up oddly for those who aren’t familiar with this location. The lady that took our order was very kind and helpful. The lady that made our drinks called our order name very clearly. Unfortunately the man that made our food just tossed it onto the counter and didn’t call the order name and I had to go looking for it to find it ready and sitting on the counter. Starbucks is a consistently great coffee shop, with happy employees who always greet customers. The mobile ordering app allows customers to order from home and have their drink ready when they arrive. The store offers a variety of milk options for those with dietary restrictions. Customers can enjoy the cover patio while relaxing with a cold drink. Parking can be tight, but the drive-thru is efficient and always friendly, making it a convenient choice if available. In the mornings, the store can be busy with local high school kids hoping to miss some class. Recently, this Starbucks has been facing issues with slow service, especially in the drive-thru and with mobile orders, even when the store is not particularly busy. Customers have had to wait several minutes for their drinks despite ordering ahead of time. The store management needs to address these service challenges to return to its previous high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
