Unreliable and inconsistent. I go to this Starbucks three times a week and one out of the three the drink either tastes horrible, is white (no coffee just white), or takes 20+ minutes. I understand this branch is fairly busy due to location but the amount of inconsistency worsens the quality.

Made the mistake of placing a mobile order at this store on a late night trip. Apparently, after a certain hour they close the store and only allow drive through. Being one of the only stores open in the area at this late hour, I had to wait 15 minutes in line for the drive through to pick up the mobile order I had placed. What is the point of allowing mobile ordering if you are just going to have everyone wait in line??

Purposely bought coffee so I could use the restroom before a long drive to the San Fernando valley, ask for the code to the restroom and was told they're going to be cleaning it and I couldn't use it as I watched the person barely opening the door. The person behind the counter could have said hey, he needs to use the restroom real quick and he just spent his money here. But they just watched as the person went in and locked the door. It would take 2 seconds for them to knock on the door and say hey a customer, who's here so that we have jobs, it needs the restroom. Wow

This store is not easy to find actually. ... I think the address should be 1131 Lincoln Ave not 1131 WEST Lincoln Ave. Not sure why all the signs say the West part.

Worst Starbucks ever! We came in the wrong way for the drive thru so decided to place a mobile order. Come to find out the doors are closed & it's not even 10 pm yet. We been in the drive thru line for about 29 minutes & still in line. Worst place ever! No wonder why they have such bad reviews.

I don't understand why they would lock the doors at 9pm when they are open until 12am. I made a mobile order and tried to go in to pick it up and saw that the doors were locked and there was no sign about it. Then the baristas just looked at me and pointed outside to go to the drive thru. What the heck. Worst Starbucks and worst employees ever. Tuesday, Oct 3 @ 9pm. Whoever was working that shift..horrible work etiquette.

I recently moved back to the area and use to love going to this Starbucks location since I can come here and then hop on the freeway to get to work. When I first started coming back which was about April/May things were great. I was in and out of the drive thru all the time, if I was running a little late I would mobile order when I left my house so that way my drink was ready by the time I got there so I can grab and go. I don't know what has happened within the last month but this location has really gone downhill in their servicing. They are not pushing out the drive thru in and out like they should be even when the line isn't that long. The last few times I have been mobile ordering since I can't really rely on the drive thru(again I am there before it is busy) but even then when I get there my drink IS NOT ready. I still have to wait an 5-10 minutes on my drink. Sometimes I have to tell someone like "where is my drink?" I understand sometimes they are busy since the high school is right there. It just seems to be majority of the time this location just seems to be like hustle is not their number one priority. Especially when I am mobile ordering BEFORE I leave my house and it takes me 5-7 minutes to get to the location and my drink still isn't ready. This location really needs to get their stuff together and be what they use to be.
