This Starbucks is usually really slow, with my mobile orders taking 10 minutes after I arrive (which is a 10 minute drive). Also, there is an older woman with short black hair who is very rude, and always gets my order wrong. When I order sweet cream foam, it isn't there or she places my drink in a larger cup, meaning my foam is now at the middle or bottom of my cup. Def going to avoid this Starbucks whenever she is working.

I don't drink coffee, but they have Chai tea, hot or cold. Then I spotted a sign that said, "Chai Latte." "Latte" is an Italian word that means milk. That's all, just milk. But Starbucks uses it to mean coffee and milk. How was I supposed to know they changed the meaning? I brought it back and the nice sales person changed it for an iced chai. Beware of foreign words that get changed into something else!

This Starbucks is always convenient when I'm grocery shopping or getting my nails done.. the service is usually good and people are friendly. There is one lady that is older with brown hair that works in the evening that is always a grinch. She makes the customers feel as though you're asking her to do a chore to make your beverage. I've tried the kill with kindness approach, but this woman doesn't budge. It's a shame that I avoid going there at night, and this is the second tome...read full review
