This Starbucks is usually really slow, with my mobile orders taking 10 minutes after I arrive (which is a 10 minute drive). Also, there is an older woman with short black hair who is very rude, and always gets my order wrong. When I order sweet cream foam, it isn't there or she places my drink in a larger cup, meaning my foam is now at the middle or bottom of my cup. Def going to avoid this Starbucks whenever she is working.

7/20/2022 Opens at 5am. Doors locked at 6:10am. 4 employees inside. Had to beg them to open the door to use restroom (we had been on road one hour at this point). Wouldnt allow us to buy coffee inside, Had to go thru drive thru. The emplyees were rude and unfriendly. No customer service. I'f give them a zero if i could.

I don't drink coffee, but they have Chai tea, hot or cold. Then I spotted a sign that said, "Chai Latte." "Latte" is an Italian word that means milk. That's all, just milk. But Starbucks uses it to mean coffee and milk. How was I supposed to know they changed the meaning? I brought it back and the nice sales person changed it for an iced chai. Beware of foreign words that get changed into something else!
They charge me different every time, even when I’mgetting the same size and same drink. The drinks are great though!

Soooo slowwwwww. I walked in at 9:33am, and there were 2 people in line. I didn't even place my order until 9:58....25 minutes to take 2 orders???? I left with my drink at 10:04. Clearly the hold up is at the register, but the first woman ordered 1 hot drink and the couple in front of me ordered a hot drink and a sandwich. What the heck took so long!? They both paid with the app...yes, scan and go...and still it took over 12 minutes per person!? I have no words...
