“Love this location. Staff is friendly, it's, clean and you're usually in and out quickly.

Parking: It's kind of tight. The drive-thru line runs right through the lot, so you tend to have to back into your space to get out more easily.“

“It’s 7:39 AM — a brand new day, we’re alive, the sun is up… but apparently no one told the girls working at this Starbucks. I walked in hoping for a warm cup of coffee and some good energy, but the only thing cold was the attitude at the counter.

A smile, a simple “good morning,” maybe even a “how are you?” — it’s not much to ask, especially when you work at a place that literally serves liquid energy and is supposed to set the tone for people’s day.

“I have to say that I had mixed feelings about my visit to the Starbucks located at John Wayne Airport this past Thursday. My server was Robert, and he greeted me with enthusiasm and took care to listen to my special request (decaf with hazelnut flavoring and cream and sugar.) That's where the good times ended. I ended up with a perfect combination of flavoring with cream and sugar, coupled with what I have come to know from Starbucks ... a metallic tasting coffee which was not worthy of the price. Will I visit a Starbucks again? Yeah, but only in an emergency. I am just not a fan of the coffee.“

“well, let me first say that I love coffee! served anywhere, coffee can only be a good thing! that being said, I do love Starbucks, you can go there and hang out, enjoy your friends and family, charge your phone, and sometimes you meet really really nice people. but I must say that some of the employees tend to look down on certain people. and that's not great. but that's only employees, you can determine the views and opinions of people. so you deal with it accordingly. but back to Starbucks Coffee House! my Starbucks is that I frequent and there are a couple here in St Petersburg Florida, they are always clean. they are always convenient. and mostly the employee are absolutely fabulous. I don't let a few opinionated and judgmental people defer me from the fact that the service is good and the coffee is excellent! I would recommend and as far as I know there are all about the same I would recommend any and all the coffee shops that Starbucks manages! comfort and relaxation and coffee, definitely come to Starbucks. 9 out of 10 times you will be most definitely satisfied!“

“This location is commonly mistaken for the Starbucks located inside the VONS across the street, and I happened to make the mistake couple nights ago. I’m kind of glad that the mistake was made and stumbled across this location because the baristas were awesome! Alessandro, Defy, and Jesse were the A team that night and made everyone feel welcomed and were super friendly! Would definitely visit this location more often when I’m in the area.“

“This one has very comfortable foam seating. And in the center has couches. Its very spacious and has several types of seating. Perfect for school or work meetings. At 2pm all the high school kids take over.

“This location is fantastic and super convenient 📍✨ but wow, it gets really busy! Every time I stop by, there’s a steady flow of customers coming in and out ☕️😅 You can tell it’s a popular spot, which is always a good sign.

That being said, it definitely feels like they could use a few more baristas behind the counter. The team works hard and does their best to keep up, but with the amount of traffic this place gets, extra help would make a big difference 🙌 Faster service and less waiting would make the experience even better for everyone.

“This Starbucks location is the best I've ever been to. I had a special order that I was a bit worried about since it required a lot of physical gift cards around the holiday season. I called in advance to ensure we could get it done, but truly, the service I received in store really was beyond my expectations. I didn't want to overwhelm them for my second order, so I opted to go to a different location, but left really upset by the treatment. I called this location to come back for help, and they welcomed me with enthusiasm. Their shift lead, Karina, was extraordinary. Truly the perfect person to lead her staff. Special thank you as well to Azul, Bryanna, Ceci, Mori, and Paul. Their team was so efficient, understanding, and really made me feel comfortable. They're hard workers, and they're kind.
