“I’m actually not much of a coffee drinker, but I still find myself coming here specifically for the pumpkin loaf, it’s consistently delicious! What’s really stood out to me in recent months is the staff. They’ve been incredibly friendly lately, and I love the cute little messages they’ve started leaving on my cup. It’s a small touch that really brightens my morning!“

“My wife and I start almost every morning at this Starbucks, and it has become a wonderful part of our routine. I cannot recommend this location enough. The store itself is beautiful, and I love the comfy chairs in the corner (pictured)—that's the prime real estate! The food and drinks are excellent, and the crew always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are super friendly and efficient. Shoutout to some of my favorite crew members: Vu, Anoush, Cheiko, Jordan, Gaby, Alex, Jose, Christine, Kelsey, Lex, Jolie, Bryant, and Kade. Y'all really make our mornings great! And if I didn't mention your name, please know that we appreciate you just as much!

“Stopped by the Starbucks at Culver and had an excellent experience. Jessie was working alone during a busy rush and somehow managed the work of three baristas with total calm and professionalism. She was genuinely friendly, the service was smooth and efficient, and there was virtually no wait despite how busy it was. Everything felt easy and well run. Highly recommend this location!!“

“First off let me start off by saying I have been to several Starbucks in the OC area. This store by far had the most friendliest employees I have ever met. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a Good morning and welcome. I was able to order my drink fast. While waiting for my drink an employee by the name of Jennifer was helping all the mobile order pick ups and handing out drinks to customers waiting. She made it a point to interact with me and all the customers who walked by her. She was so nice and happy. She made it a point to make a conversation with me and I appreciated her kindness. “This Starbucks place has a nice open patio to study and/or catch up with friends when the weather is favorable. There’s limited seating inside, but it’s well lit and there are outlets if you’re able to catch a good spot. Service is kind and speedy. I always appreciate the servers who write a special note on our drinks. I wanted to try the iced banana bread matcha latte and wow! It’s Good! Sweet and tastes like banana bread.“

“I never got a survey for one particular visit a few months ago. A barista named Sam overheard me talking to the barista taking my order, and I was asking about sweetness adjustments to a drink. She proactively broke down the ingredients of my drink and suggested modifications I had no idea about. The drink turned out so deliciously!! Thanks, Sam, for going above and beyond!“

“Starbucks at the Spectrum is a really clean, nice, and quiet location. It’s a great spot for getting work done or having a casual meeting without too much noise or distraction. “For the fact that its staffed by students, this is a pretty solid Starbucks. It gets REALLY busy since its on campus, especially between classes. They do a really good job training folks and the drinks are consistent and better made than some other Starbucks in the area.“

“I visited Target to buy plates and paper cups, but I did not find a paper cups in Target, so I resorted to Starbucks to try to buy paper cups from it, but my request was refused because they do not sell cups here, but the smart girl caught me and gave me paper cups for free so Starbucks became my favorite place to drink coffee“

“Went to Starbucks before class to grab coffee and relax for a bit. The drink tasted good and the atmosphere was nice for studying, especially with the music and comfy seats. Only issue was my order took a while even though it didn’t seem too busy, and the prices definitely add up fast. Still a decent coffee run overall.“

“Starbucks is always a great spot to relax, especially this location with its lovely outdoor seating area. The outside space is clean, comfortable, and very pet-friendly, which makes it perfect for bringing your dog along. The chairs are surprisingly cozy, making it easy to sit for a while, enjoy your coffee, and unwind. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and it’s a great place to meet friends or get some work done while enjoying fresh air.“

“This is pretty much as good as one may expect a college Starbucks to be. I go here almost everyday and have never had a bad experience. Quite often there are new employees being trained so don’t associate the people behind the counter to the wait time. And since everyone is so concerned of the high ice to drink ratio—just ask for light ice.“

“The staff here are exceptionally kind and open to chat when they have the time (which I enjoy). I know I personally have an annoying drink order (iced london fog with sweet cream) but they are always making sure that my drink is good and to my liking!“

“Em is a fantastic barista! She is so patient and helped me use the app even though it was late in the day, she had other clients, and the app doesn't work perfectly with their system (unlike other Starbucks this one is license through Ralphs.)

Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a cane, but this Starbucks is in a Ralphs grocery store so very accessible.“

“Only a few or just one staff member, but it's a grocery store, plenty of time to go do shopping and come back when it slows down. Avoid after school and morning rushes, and they close earlier than normal places but perfectly adequate cappuccino at decent prices with a good app, hard to complain.
