“This location is nestled in a well shaded courtyard placed within a strip of businesses. Lots of seating, dog friendly and a nice place to chat. Inside is clean and the folks that work there are always welcoming and kind. Drinks are always accurate.“

“Stopped by the Starbucks at Culver and had an excellent experience. Jessie was working alone during a busy rush and somehow managed the work of three baristas with total calm and professionalism. She was genuinely friendly, the service was smooth and efficient, and there was virtually no wait despite how busy it was. Everything felt easy and well run. Highly recommend this location!!“

“I was really not expecting much but wow this place blew me away. My latte was perfect, not too sweet and the foam was just right, I think they actually care about making your drink right. I went in for a quick caffeine fix and ended up staying way longer than I planned just because it felt so cozy. The barista remembered my name when I came back for a second order which was a nice touch and it felt genuine not scripted. They even left a little note on my cup telling me to have a good day, it was a small thing but it made my afternoon. I cant think of a single bad thing to say, even the pastry I grabbed was way better than most places. I'll be popping in more often for sure.“

“First off let me start off by saying I have been to several Starbucks in the OC area. This store by far had the most friendliest employees I have ever met. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a Good morning and welcome. I was able to order my drink fast. While waiting for my drink an employee by the name of Jennifer was helping all the mobile order pick ups and handing out drinks to customers waiting. She made it a point to interact with me and all the customers who walked by her. She was so nice and happy. She made it a point to make a conversation with me and I appreciated her kindness. “Love getting my Mocha ( decaf/oatmilk) and my Double-Smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich. Very convenient location on my way to work so its my oblugated stop whenever I dont have time to cook breakfast (which is very usual LOL). They variety on flavors and milk options is why I love starbucks.“

“This Starbucks place has a nice open patio to study and/or catch up with friends when the weather is favorable. There’s limited seating inside, but it’s well lit and there are outlets if you’re able to catch a good spot. Service is kind and speedy. I always appreciate the servers who write a special note on our drinks. I wanted to try the iced banana bread matcha latte and wow! It’s Good! Sweet and tastes like banana bread.“

they are the most wonderful people, and i have come in at all times of day and there isn’t one staff member that isn’t incredible. genuinely great people. also the drinks are better than any other location you just have to take my word for it ! 🤷‍♀️“

“The coffee is prepared consistently and meets Starbucks' expected standards. However, service can be frustrating if you're not a regular customer. Even for a simple black coffee, you may experience a longer wait while other customers who arrived after you are served first. On more than one occasion, I had to remind staff to prepare my coffee after watching several orders behind mine being completed. While the quality of the coffee is reliable, the customer service experience could be more attentive and fair to all customers.“

“Overall good products and services. ​Just sometimes the air quality feels very bad, and breathing is difficult while inside, as if some kind of incense is being burned. Once I walk out and breathe the fresh air, I recover immediately. This can be a significant risk for those with respiratory issue.“

“The staff here are exceptionally kind and open to chat when they have the time (which I enjoy). I know I personally have an annoying drink order (iced london fog with sweet cream) but they are always making sure that my drink is good and to my liking!“

“I often stop by this Starbucks on my way home, and I really like this location. It’s super convenient inside Ralphs, especially when I’m shopping or just want to grab something quickly.

I especially love the coconut latte here. I tried the same drink at another Starbucks, but it wasn’t as good as the one from this location. It’s always well made and really enjoyable here.“

“Only a few or just one staff member, but it's a grocery store, plenty of time to go do shopping and come back when it slows down. Avoid after school and morning rushes, and they close earlier than normal places but perfectly adequate cappuccino at decent prices with a good app, hard to complain.
