Pleas put green stoppers in the lid of your drive thru customers hot beverages. As my drink was handed to me, coffee spilled onto my car and myself because there was no stopper in the lid. Of course there was no apology from the barista and no Napkins offered.“
“Definitely the best Starbucks location in the area! Seating can be somewhat difficult to find, but the drink quality is much better and more consistent than in other locations. Shoutout to Noel for making the best Pumpkin Spice Latte out of the dozens I've had this fall. :)“
“I drove home from LA to San Diego in "Hurricane" Hilary; stopping at a Starbucks was a welcome respite. This Starbucks was particularly welcoming. The vibe was friendly, like I was a regular even though I'd never been there before. I got a venti americano breve and an egg and sausage wrap. Both were excellent. This will be a regular stop on my trips to LA from now on.“

“Love that we have multiple Starbucks locations on campus! I probably visit this one the most since it's on the way to Science Library. The perfect pit stop for some fuel to get me through the day! The lines tend to get long during rush hour (mornings), but they move pretty fast. My orders never take more than 10-15 minutes to come out. Their consistency is great in terms of the Iced Matcha Latte (this is only drink I ever order at Starbucks...how adventurous). They always tack on a smiley face next to my name which never fails to cheer me up! Even the smallest of gestures go a long way!“
“This Starbucks took over a large portion of the old Ruby’s and is huge inside! Clean, modern and plenty of leg room to enjoy a good cup of Joe or a delicious beverage. Staff was moderately friendly in this location, nothing screaming, hey you’re awesome and I love my job, but that rare in any Starbucks these days. I prefer to take my purchases outside and partake in the beautiful courtyard area near the fountain or take a stroll around the gorgeous mall with my drink. Great location, just a decent walk from one side of the mall to the other if you don’t start on this side. But overall , good spot.“

Pistachios Cream Cold Brew Cold brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with a silky, pistachio cream cold foam. Finished with salted brown-buttery sprinkles for a sweet treat to start up any winter day. Let's go!!!! As much as I love Cold Brew, I had to give the Pistachios Cream a try. It's very satisfying. Im impressed with the flavor enhanced. It's so creamy and delicious. Let's go! I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Drinks are always spot on for me, and in the unique instance which it wasn't, without hesitation the barista offered to remake it for me. “This Starbucks is located in the Target in the Irvine Spectrum in the front of the store. Their visible menu was not a full menu so we had to ask if they had other items and sizes available. They did have other sizes. They accepted payment through the Starbucks app. It came out at a medium speed, as I had time to go to the restroom before it came out.“
“This guy deserves a raise. He fundamentally got the order right. Knew how to make the drink and multitask with other workers getting water at this Pavilions. He shook my iced brown sugar espresso perfectly which made the drink extremely tasty. The place is located in a store so the ambiance was just a grocery store. Overall great setup and great workers. “I usually go to this Starbucks for brunch on the weekends, and it's always very busy and crowded with people every time I go. Since there aren't enough tables inside the store, I always drink coffee at an outdoor table. But even though this Starbucks is always busy, the staff are friendly so it makes you want to come back again.“

“I feel sorry for the employees that work here that have to deal with rude and entitled customers that I've seen plenty of times when I come to this store. I've heard customers bark at the baristas that they're running late to work and need their order asap. That sounds like poor time management on the customers part, and something that the baristas have no control over, and yet the customers direct their frustrations at the employees. I've worked in customer service before and it's unfortunate to get treated poorly by someone who thinks you're there to serve them and them alone. It's disgusting the way people act towards customer service folks. Maybe if you treated them with respect, kindness, and like actual human beings not robots there to serve you, you'd get better service. Anyway, I digress, this location is very busy since it's in a business center so it's you're in a rush and looking to get your order asap, this isn't the Starbucks to come to.“
“Stopped by to pick up some coffee for my grandma and myself on a Saturday morning. Great experience!It's not far off the freeway and there is a parking lot so was easily able to jump out and order. My grandma can't have a lot of sugar but it was her birthday and really wanted a pumpkin spice latte. The girl at the counter was SO helpful customizing it for us so that she would still be able to enjoy a pumpkin coffee but not get sick from it.Really great service here :)“

This location is closer to where I live, so I come to this particular location more often than I visit other locations. If you are around this location, I recommend coming here. “I don't understand the 1 1/2 star rating here? I've been coming here for the entire 2+ years it's been here and never had a bad experience. It is super busy and I know there's a lot of pressure to move the drive through line. Perhaps it's because I almost always order online and pick-up inside that I have not had issues with order accuracy. In fact, unlike other nearby businesses with a big drive through quantity, they don't make the inside pick-up second tier to the drive through (yes, I'm talking about you, Chick fil A!) They made one and the 2nd one was made ~7 minutes later though they were ordered together and were the same drink. Thought someone took my drink at first. Not the best customer service when busy so don't be surprised if you don't get a acknowledged by the baristas.“
