“This location is nestled in a well shaded courtyard placed within a strip of businesses. Lots of seating, dog friendly and a nice place to chat. Inside is clean and the folks that work there are always welcoming and kind. Drinks are always accurate.“
“First off let me start off by saying I have been to several Starbucks in the OC area. This store by far had the most friendliest employees I have ever met. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a Good morning and welcome. I was able to order my drink fast. While waiting for my drink an employee by the name of Jennifer was helping all the mobile order pick ups and handing out drinks to customers waiting. She made it a point to interact with me and all the customers who walked by her. She was so nice and happy. She made it a point to make a conversation with me and I appreciated her kindness. Thank you Jennifer for making my morning so delightful!“

“I was really not expecting much but wow this place blew me away. My latte was perfect, not too sweet and the foam was just right, I think they actually care about making your drink right. I went in for a quick caffeine fix and ended up staying way longer than I planned just because it felt so cozy. The barista remembered my name when I came back for a second order which was a nice touch and it felt genuine not scripted. They even left a little note on my cup telling me to have a good day, it was a small thing but it made my afternoon. I cant think of a single bad thing to say, even the pastry I grabbed was way better than most places. I'll be popping in more often for sure.“
“Came for my birthday drink and was met with incredible service by Elizabeth. So kind and our drinks are delicious (didn’t catch the name of the barista). We witnessed her interactions with multiple customers where she so kindly and patiently explained different drink options in extensive detail. “This Starbucks place has a nice open patio to study and/or catch up with friends when the weather is favorable. There’s limited seating inside, but it’s well lit and there are outlets if you’re able to catch a good spot. Service is kind and speedy. I always appreciate the servers who write a special note on our drinks. I wanted to try the iced banana bread matcha latte and wow! It’s Good! Sweet and tastes like banana bread.“
“The lady with the light pink hair is great at her job and goes above and beyond. I work on my computer here daily and she always is so nice to the customers. When a mistake is made she always happily remakes their drinks and even gives them a gift card here and there and she really deserves to be recognized for her work so Starbucks if you see this I really suggest you give her a raise or bonus or recognize her work in some way.“

“Super good Starbucks location that is large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The entire interior is neat, organized, and modern with a huge coffee belt map on the wall. The food and drinks are prepared well, and the staff are very friendly.“
“I never got a survey for one particular visit a few months ago. A barista named Sam overheard me talking to the barista taking my order, and I was asking about sweetness adjustments to a drink. She proactively broke down the ingredients of my drink and suggested modifications I had no idea about. The drink turned out so deliciously!! Thanks, Sam, for going above and beyond!“

“The coffee is prepared consistently and meets Starbucks' expected standards. However, service can be frustrating if you're not a regular customer. Even for a simple black coffee, you may experience a longer wait while other customers who arrived after you are served first. On more than one occasion, I had to remind staff to prepare my coffee after watching several orders behind mine being completed. While the quality of the coffee is reliable, the customer service experience could be more attentive and fair to all customers.“

“For the fact that its staffed by students, this is a pretty solid Starbucks. It gets REALLY busy since its on campus, especially between classes. They do a really good job training folks and the drinks are consistent and better made than some other Starbucks in the area.“

“Overall good products and services. Just sometimes the air quality feels very bad, and breathing is difficult while inside, as if some kind of incense is being burned. Once I walk out and breathe the fresh air, I recover immediately. This can be a significant risk for those with respiratory issue.“

“The staff here are exceptionally kind and open to chat when they have the time (which I enjoy). I know I personally have an annoying drink order (iced london fog with sweet cream) but they are always making sure that my drink is good and to my liking!“
“I visited Target to buy plates and paper cups, but I did not find a paper cups in Target, so I resorted to Starbucks to try to buy paper cups from it, but my request was refused because they do not sell cups here, but the smart girl caught me and gave me paper cups for free so Starbucks became my favorite place to drink coffee“

“Only a few or just one staff member, but it's a grocery store, plenty of time to go do shopping and come back when it slows down. Avoid after school and morning rushes, and they close earlier than normal places but perfectly adequate cappuccino at decent prices with a good app, hard to complain.

“Terrible service they messed up my order twice in a row and both drinks were handed to me wrong I even waited an extra ten minutes for them o get it right then they ran out of oat milk so I couldnt even get the one I wanted seemed like nobody knew what was going on I left without a refund or even my money back such a waste of time“
“Stopped by the Starbucks at Culver and had an excellent experience. Jessie was working alone during a busy rush and somehow managed the work of three baristas with total calm and professionalism. She was genuinely friendly, the service was smooth and efficient, and there was virtually no wait despite how busy it was. Everything felt easy and well run. Highly recommend this location!!“
